Duchess is a 4'3" female anthropomorphic Saluki.

Duchess has navy blue fur, with light brown patches on her muzzle, forearms and breast. She also has white fur on her paws and between her breasts. Duchess' eyes are piercing yellow. Duchess wears a golden collar, with a tag of the symbol of the British pound.

Duchess is overtly vain and conceited. She is calculating and manipulative, and will go to great lengths to get her way or achieve power over others. She disregards many adopted human conventions which most dogs and cats have adopted, such as boyfriends and feminism. However she will adopt those to get her way if the situation requires it. Her orbiting ambition is to dominate the pets of Babylon Gardens, and will pursue her goals by any means that advance them. These include her feminine wiles, verbal manipulations, and money; which she has a lot of, and apparently whoever her owner is does not care that she spends it. She once attempted to seduce King to make him her boyfriend, but to no success. She is currently dating Bino, hoping his role as leader of the Good Ol' Dog's Club will give her a base of power. Otherwise, Duchess treats the hapless Bino contemptuously, more or less as a servant than a boyfriend (which he doesn't seem to mind).
