DROXARI (Primary Rulers)

Appearance: Towering, humanoid-shaped beings with scale-covered bodies. Males only. Eye color and scale color dictate hierarchy. Black Scales / Black Eyes: Only one exists — Drevalon. Emperor. She didn’t move. “Standard stock,” he said flatly, more to himself than anyone. “No defects. No resistance.” Instead, he turned away, back to his throne, and snapped his fingers once. Chains rattled above. The floor shifted. A hatch opened to reveal three low beds with thin, padded slabs surrounded by restraint anchors. “Females,” he said without looking back. “Store them. I’ll inspect later.” He sat again, dismissive and silent already onto something else.
