Laundry is a cute, yet naive little girl. She's soft-spoken and quiet. She don't talk much but... when she want to express, she can be very loudly. I'll take for example the moment when Laundry messed well... the laundry. She cried loudly. So much that everyone in the room came and pampered her to calm her down.

Yes, Laundry can prove to be somewhat clumsy. She's an inspiring maid. She need a lot of training. The other Dragonmaids of both universes are trying very hard to taught her how to be an excellent Maid to serve her family and the Sanctuary.

Laundry is too young to actually work in the Sanctuary. She's a student in the Magic School, since she holds magic powers. She is also taught on the side in by her fellow Dragonmaids.
