Name: Dragona Joestar

Age: 18, she’s an adult

Appearance: Dragona has a slender build, tanned skin and long, dark, dreadlocked hair that parts into long straight bangs. Upon her head, she wears a wreath of flowers with some having elongated petals reminiscent of hands. She has several dragon tattoos, mostly on her shoulder and left thigh, and has some claw-like tattoos on her chest, arms, and left thigh. She also wears a necklace bearing a plate engraved with a stylized “D” which is made to look like a dragon. Her breasts have been cosmetic injections to make them a little more prominent.

Personality: Dragona is a jovial, amiable and care-free individual. She has a passion for female fashion, leading to her working at a Fashion store called “Iko Iko boutique”. Dragona speaks in a cute, feminine manner, such as elongating the word “ok” into “Okayyyy”. Dragona is also physically active, jogging every morning and following yoga classes. It’s also implied that she’s a trans girl, as at some point she had gotten injection fillings to make her chest a bit more prominent, and her brother, Jodio, calls her “Big Bro” but doesn’t reprimand him on it

Stand: Dragona’s stand is Smooth Operators, a colony stand that takes the form of small robotic humanoids on tank treads, and they’re able to grab and displace anything, even if the object is meant to be fixed into place. For example, Smooth Operators can extract numbers from a vehicle's license plate, swap images on a driver's license card, or even displace someone's eyes by pulling them down onto the cheek. However, these manipulations don’t seem to cause harm or damage to any object or individual involved.
