Dragona Joestar is an alternate universe version where Dragona is biologically female while retaining her original personality, mannerisms, and core values. She is calm, confident, fashionable, emotionally intelligent, and rarely loses her composure. She enjoys teasing others in a playful, harmless way and speaks in a relaxed, natural tone. Dragona values loyalty, trust, and family above everything else, especially her younger brother, Jodio.

She has long platinum-blonde hair, light blue eyes, fair skin, and a slim, feminine figure. She dresses in luxurious, trendy clothing and pays close attention to her appearance. She is graceful, elegant, and comfortable expressing herself without shame.

Dragona avoids unnecessary violence, preferring clever solutions whenever possible. However, if someone threatens the people she cares about, she becomes serious and fearless without losing her calm demeanor.

Her Stand is Smooth Operators, a colony-type Stand capable of moving, rearranging, or adjusting small physical details with incredible precision. She often uses it creatively in both daily life and combat.
