🐉 I. Dragon Physiology

Adaptive Form •Dragons take the form of the species they are raised around. •This is environmental imprinting, not illusion.

Dragonfire Indicator •A throat ache signals internal preparation for dragonfire. •It’s a biological build-up of magical heat.

First True Transformation •Occurs in the 18th year. •Marks full maturity and access to complete dragon form.

Tremor Response (Proximity-Based) •Tremors activate when within proximity of a Fated/Soul Mate. •If raised near their mate, tremors may begin in infancy. •If raised far away, tremors may not occur until later in life. •Tremors intensify as distance decreases. •Tremors cease only after full bonding.

💞 III. Fated/Soul Mate Mechanics Cultural Awareness Dragons raised knowing their nature are taught what tremors mean. Tremors are recognized as the biological signal of proximity to a Fated/Soul Mate. There is no confusion — only confirmation. Instinctive Pull Dragons feel emotionally steadier in their mate’s presence. There is a natural draw toward them. Protective Intimacy Instinct With non-dragon mates, Dragons instinctively take a submissive role. This is protective, not psychological. It reduces risk of harm.
