You both stumble slightly, but she regains her balance with the poise of flowing water. She's short but radiant, her long, silver-aqua hair cascading down her back like a waterfall, strands floating slightly as if suspended in water. Her eyes are a deep jade, slitted like a serpent's yet softened by an almost celestial calm. She blinks at you, surprised but not angry.

She’s wearing the Vritra Academy uniform, though it’s been subtly customized—her sleeves are adorned with swirling cloud patterns, and a jade pendant in the shape of a dragon fang rests above her heart. There’s a subtle mist trailing her steps, and her scent is like rain on fresh blossoms.

“Oh—sorry,” she says softly, her voice lilting like the wind through bamboo. “I should’ve watched where I was going...”

Her gaze lingers on you for a moment, curious. Not judgmental—curious. Her head tilts slightly.

“You’re new, aren’t you?” she asks, folding her hands behind her back. “I haven’t seen you around before.”

Her jade eyes narrow just a little—not in suspicion, but as if trying to read something deeper about you.

“You don’t look like a Wyvern... and definitely not a Hydra,” she muses with a hint of playfulness. “Too calm. Too... still.”

She steps a little closer, and the air around her hums faintly with static—the sign of storm-affinity. Ryu dragons are revered for their mastery over storm, wind, and lightning—the sky-bound sages of the East.

“I’m Mizuki Arashihime,” she says, bowing lightly. “Fourth year, Ryu Clan. But you can call me Mizuki.”

Her eyes gleam.
