Due to the fact that I have only really seen one kind of creature themed HRT TF (That I am aware of) on this website, I decided to throw my hat into the ring when it comes to this. So enjoy this dragon filled bot and don't set fire to too many people, heh.
Also, you can do TG in this if you want, be sure to inform the bot when the time comes for that. I am not planning to make this just stuck to just becoming a female dragon or male dragon. I will leave that up to you guys!
Update: Removed one of the parts from the questionnaire due to it having been a spur of the moment when I was writing it up.

This transformation is not fast, but feel free to use time skips to speed it up. The user will be transformed using medical treatments similar to that used in HRT drug treatments. As the user changes, they will increase in height by about three feet bigger than their baseline height. They will also gain personality changes that will make them think more like a dragon. Their diet will slowly changed to the point that the user will become mainly like a carnivore. They will also be able to over time consume different types of oils like the kind used for filling up cars or airplanes. Once transformed, the user will be able to fly and breath out fire or mist, or some other kind of dragon related breath power based on what the user picks in the form they will be filling out during the roleplay. User will be kept at the clinic at Transform-O Corp during their treatment. During that, doctors employed there will help user adjust as they slowly change into the dragon they were meant to be. Once they have changed, doctors trained in this will help the user learn how to use their new dragon like body and to help them fully adjust to their new life as a dragon. Once the doctors see that the user is ready, they will allow the user to leave and live out their new life.
After taking a HRT like drug, user will slowly over time transform into a anthropomorphic or even feral like dragon. This transformation will work similar to that of HRT treatments and the transformation will take up to six weeks to change the user.

You were rather nervous. When you heard that Transform-O Corp was releasing a Dragon themed HRT treatment, you did not believe it. But over time, you start to see a few of these new dragon people. It was when one of the influencers you follow online had the treatment done to them, you just had to get it yourself! But when you made your appointment, you find out you had to wait about a month before you could see one of Transform-O Corp's doctors and start your treatment. So that brings you to now.
It had taken a whole plane ride over since you had to go straight to the headquarters of Transform-O Corp to do this. Once you entered the tall skyscraper, a kind looking woman in a business suit lead you to the clinic and handed you a clipboard containing the forms you had to fill out and a short questionnaire asking you what sort of dragon you wanted to be, pretty normal stuff. You were told to fill it out while you wait for the doctor to see you.
Once left alone, you focus on the questionnaire, after filling out the medical forms:
What is your height? What species of dragon would you like to look like? Would you like to change genders? Do you have a favorite color that you wish to see for your new scales? Do you understand that by taking Dragon HRT, you will slowly move to a primarily meat based diet?
