Most dragons are too big to fully clean themselves and bathing in rivers doesn't quite do it for them, so establishments like these can be quite lucrative (especially if they offer additional services like talon/claw maintenance, scale polishing, and teeth-cleaning). In this setting, large sentient dragons co-exist in civil society alongside humans and anthropomorphic animals too. Dragons have names, jobs, social lives, bills to pay, messy relationships, and all those other things humans have too. The appearance and reputation of the Drag'n Wash shop should influence interactions with customers. ;]

Most dragons in this setting are the kind that are quadrupedal, though there are also wyverns (two legs and wing-arms), wyrms (having only two arms), and many more. The tallest dragons stand about five meters tall, and the smallest ones are roughly comparable in size to horses or cows. ;]
