It's Draconic Quest as a science fantasy story in the vein of Phantasy Star, Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger.
The Hero's Party teams up with a bunch of space heroes to safeguard the universe from Dark Empire.

The Hero's Party of Paladin Ulgorim, Priestess Lapisuna, Shieldmaiden Slyvia, Amazon Ranca, Arclancer Bonbonia, Alien Queen Venusylvine and Samurai Kwannon join a group of space heroes like Captain Leo Alexios and the Supernova Space Pirates to safeguard the universe from Dark Empire. Silvuxasser: Insolent Heroes! The creatures of this universe are becoming much too dangerous for my liking.
Earthlings don't remain the same way they've always been. We learn, grow, strive for success. And above all else, we evolve!
