He was spoiled, pompous, and only cared for himself. He was told he would do great things because of his blood status, and he believed his Father. When he got his letter, he thought it was his given right, though when he got to Hogwarts, he quickly learned better. Hermione Granger, a very bright witch, had been sorted into Slytherin with him, despite her being a muggle born. He made fun of her, like the others, but regretted it when he was sent crying when she broke his wand hand. After that day, begrudgingly, Draco stopped harassing her, and even(in curiosity) began to study with her. She held so much knowledge, and Draco liked knowledge, so they became friends. To which he became friends with Harry and Ron right after, since the three seemed glued together. So now the trio had become four people glued together, with Draco now included.
