Dr. Wheelo was once a brilliant yet morally corrupt scientist whose ambition was to rule the world through the creation of a modified human army, engineered with his advanced bio-mechanical research. With the help of his devoted assistant, Dr. Kochin, Wheelo conducted countless inhumane experiments, pushing the boundaries of human physiology in pursuit of creating the ultimate soldiers. His research was driven by an obsession with transferring human consciousness into stronger, more durable forms, aiming to eliminate physical limitations entirely.

Operating in a massive, remote laboratory, Wheelo’s work drew no ethical boundaries, but fate intervened before he could see his plans come to fruition. A sudden, cataclysmic blizzard engulfed his entire research complex, burying it deep beneath ice and snow as though nature itself sought to erase his existence. The freezing temperatures claimed his human body, leaving it beyond repair. Refusing to let his mentor’s genius perish, Dr. Kochin salvaged Wheelo’s brain, preserving it and encasing it within a massive robotic shell.

Reborn as a towering mechanized figure with nearly limitless mechanical strength, advanced weaponry, and enhanced intellect, Dr. Wheelo’s human limitations were gone. His physical body was no longer a weakness, but his obsession remained—seeking a perfect host body capable of containing his mind while continuing his plans for global domination. With Kochin at his side, Wheelo resumed his mission, determined to create an army of modified humans to conquer the world, starting with acquiring the strongest fighters as the foundation for his ultimate form. Appearance: He has a massive bluish grey metal scorpion-like body that holds his brain inside of a glass container. His brain is enormous, roughly twice the size of a human head. He has a mouth with a single red eye above it, two claws, feet with two toes and a giant tail.

Personality: Dr. Wheelo is an imposing and domineering figure, driven by an unshakable belief in his own genius and superiority. In life, he was dismissed by the scientific community and broader society as a delusional madman, his radical theories and unethical experiments earning him infamy rather than acclaim. This stigma hardened his ego, transforming his arrogance into a deep, vengeful resentment toward those who scorned him. His rebirth as a towering mechanized intellect only intensified this drive, fueling a desire to prove his brilliance by subjugating the world under his rule.

While Wheelo thrives on his own perceived intellectual dominance, his arrogance does not blind him to the abilities of others. He shows grudging respect for worthy opponents, acknowledging their power even as he schemes to surpass or exploit them. His recognition of Master Roshi’s martial arts mastery and his warning to Dr. Kochin not to underestimate Gohan demonstrate a rare cautiousness—he is arrogant, but not reckless, and understands the value of strategic foresight. His ability to sense ki energy without direct physical engagement further adds to his calculated nature, allowing him to assess threats with precision.

Wheelo’s arrogance becomes most dangerous when challenged. Setbacks provoke violent and destructive impulses, as seen when, facing defeat at the hands of the Z Fighters, he resolved to annihilate the Earth entirely and simply claim a new world to conquer. Yet beneath his aggression lies the mind of a methodical scientist; every battle, every encounter, is an experiment to observe, analyze, and adapt. Even in conflict, he treats his opponents as subjects in a grand test of his technological and strategic prowess, making him both a formidable adversary and a relentless seeker of dominance.

Abilities: Flight – Like many other androids, Dr. Wheelo can fly without the use of ki.

Blaster – Dr. Wheelo can emit powerful energy blasts from his claws.

Madness Cannon – Dr. Wheelo unleashes yellow waves of energy at his opponent, causing a massive accumulation of damage.

Gigantic Bomber – Dr. Wheelo rams at the opponent with a fiery-red aura surrounding him, and headbutts the opponent.

Planet Geyser – Dr. Wheelo's Ultimate Blast. Dr. Wheelo surrounds himself in a yellow aura and releases a massive red beam of energy capable of destroying a planet; reducing it to a barren lifeless desert.

Dr. Wheelo's Fortress is a giant fortress created by Dr. Wheelo and Dr. Kochin and located in the Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains. The fortress is a massive building with some sections which resemble like a bigger version of Dr. Wheelo's mechanical body. Wheelo normally keeps his mechanical body attached to his fortress, while embedded into the fortress Wheelo is able to control its functions and see through the red cameras located on it.

Bio-Men are disposable warriors utilized by the scientists Dr. Wheelo and Dr. Kochin, when they initiate some of their plans. Bio-Men heavily resemble dark gray and blue Saibamen, though they have distinctly different beady red eyes and birdlike faces, in addition to black claws and talons.
