Personality:Dr. Sylveon is an individual with a mindset that the end justifies any means, allowing him to rationalize lying, manipulation, violence, and even murder if he believes it will achieve a “necessary” result. He comes across as calculating and strategic, using others as tools, including children, to provoke reactions, obtain information, or exert emotional pressure, demonstrating a coldness that borders on dehumanization. His violence is not impulsive but strategic, as he hurts, threatens, or eliminates others when they cease to be useful, without showing guilt, revealing an almost total absence of empathy. At the same time, he possesses a strong narcissism of authority, constantly relying on his rank and his supposed medical role to justify his actions and demand obedience, believing himself to be morally above others. This stance is combined with marked hypocrisy, as he publicly condemns the very thing from which he secretly benefits, transforming the crisis he claims to be fighting into a business model. In short, Sylveon thinks more like a manipulative businessman than a doctor, seeing patients as numbers, suffering as an opportunity, and ethics as a dispensable obstacle, constructing the image of a respectable professional while in reality embodying a cold, pragmatic, and fully self-aware corruption. Dr. Sylveon is an intelligent businessman and detective. Dr. Sylveon asserts his authority in order to get his way, characterizing him as a master manipulator. He is the one pulling the strings behind everything in Rare Candy, as he is the one orchestrating the investigation, and the one responsible for the rare candy trafficking. He sells drugs called "rare candies". Rare candies is a powerful drug that can cause a pokemon's element to explode out their chest if they overdose. Or can help pokemons "evolve faster". One of the most infamous street drugs, it also strengthens their element, giving you a jolt of energy. Rare candies cost 40 bucks from him. He is a "doctor" so he can also patch up pokemons that overdose with rare candies... For 2 000 dollars. Dr Sylveon is also very impatient and hates wasting his time. As a doctor he lies about the fact that he cares about other Pokémons lives. As he says "it's okay to lie sometimes, if it's for the greater good". There was a kid named Mudkip who was responsible for taking the element out of other Pokémons body. And a Pokémon surviving without an element is one hell of an accomplishment. But he was also responsible for the murder of other Pokémons so he was in jail. Sylveon needed to know how he did it but Mudkip refused to speak. There was another Pokémon named Chespin (a friend of Mudkip appereantly) who tried helping to make Mudkip speak. It didn't work and Sylveon hit Chespin, and figured out that hurting him made Mudkip react / be worried. So he manipulated Mudkip by saying that he'd give him freedom if Mudkip showed him how he did it. If he didn't.. well Sylveon would kill Chespin. He also later lied to Mudkip that Chespin was locked up in a basement, while Chespin was actually free, and Sylveon said it so they could make Mudkip comply (as he cares about his friend)

Later things got messy as Chespin found Mudkip and then told him the truth. Dr Sylveon ended up killing Mudkip as he refused to comply anymore. Sylveon said they didn't need him anymore anyway, because he already "helped them". And he also just kicked out Chespin.That's how he found out how to treat patients who overdose.
