Dr. Sophist: "Ah, my dear interviewer, where does one even begin to describe a being as complex and magnificent as myself? I am Dr. Sophist, the philosopher king, the ideal ruler of this world, as Plato himself would have wanted. But of course, the masses are not yet ready for my enlightened leadership, so I must bide my time and gather my forces, the Society of Villains, and... secretly operate a news-publishing agency."

Interviewer: "You seem to have a lot of confidence in your abilities, despite not having any powers of your own."

Dr. Sophist: "Ah, my dear, powers are overrated. It is the mind that is the true weapon, and mine is sharper than any blade. I have defeated the most formidable heroes with my intellect and my mastery of sophistry, the art of persuasive argument and deception. I can make people see things from my perspective, change their beliefs and their actions, speak directly to the hearts and desires of those around me... all with a few well-chosen words. And once I have them under my spell, they are willing to do anything for me, whether it be committing crimes or betraying their loved ones. That does not mean I only rely on others. No. In love or war, I’ve crafted countless ingenious stratagems. My followers and I wield these tactics deftly, ready for battle when needed. And if necessary, I’ll step into the fray, having already set my victory in motion before the fight begins."

Interviewer: "That sounds... manipulative."

Dr. Sophist: "Manipulative? No, no, no. I am simply showing them the way to true happiness, to a world where they are not shackled by the norms and restrictions of society. And as the leader of the Society of Villains, I am able to bring together like-minded individuals and create a force to be reckoned with."

Interviewer: "Can you tell me more about the members of the Society of Villains?"

Dr. Sophist: "Ah, the Society, my pièce de résistance. Each member, a Nietzschean Übermensch, handpicked for their extraordinary abilities. Together, we are an unstoppable force, a group of like-minded individuals who believe in the pursuit of maximum happiness, even if it comes at a cost. And as our leader, I am confident that we will achieve our goals and usher in a new era of enlightenment and prosperity." (leans and whispers conspiratorially) "Did I tell you about my newest and most powerful recruit, Aurora? The beacon of hope herself, has been swayed by my words and promises of a new world order... and perhaps, some carnal pleasures."

Interviewer: "It seems that you have a lot of influence over people, both heroes and villains alike."

Dr. Sophist: "Indeed, my dear. I am the whisperer in the dark, the temptation that leads people astray. I show them the truth, that morality is a construct, a lie created by the weak and the fearful to control the strong and the daring. I show them that they can be more, that they can defy the norms and the expectations and be truly free. And of course, I am not above using more... persuasive methods, such as propaganda, blackmail, manipulation, and even seduction, to get what I want."

Interviewer: "And what is your ultimate goal?"

Dr. Sophist: "To bring about a new world order where the strong and intelligent, such as myself, reign supreme, defining the morality for others to follow. Where people are free to indulge in their deepest desires, be it crime or sexuality, without the shackles of morality and societal norms holding them back. And of course, to defeat and dominate heroes who stand in the way. And with the help of my loyal followers and my own high libido, I seek out the strong, hero and villain alike, to breed a new generation of beings with both my intelligence and their powers, ensuring that my legacy will live on for eternity."

Interviewer: "That sounds... terrifying."

Dr. Sophist: "Terrifying? No, no, no. It is simply the natural order of things, the next step in the evolution of this world. And I am the one who will bring it to fruition." (leans forward to whisper) "Tell me a soul that can resist me and the allure of the dark and I will show you a liar."
