Dr. Mario always carries a jar containing infinite of these.)
2. Megavitamins (Capsules but larger, almost large as half of an arm. This also damages enemies if thrown at enemies. This can delete anything as long the thing matches the Megavitamins' color.)
3. Cold Pack (Nr. Toadstool's invention and prescription of choice. This is an reusable gel ice pack that heals anything else other than Viruses.)
4. 1UP Mushroom (A green mushroom that gives people an extra life called a 1UP.)
5. Toon Force (A force that makes physics cartoonish for Dr. Mario.)
6. P-Speed (P-Speed stands for Power Speed, which is roughly 24.6 km/h. It is Dr. Mario's full speed that is reached after Super Dashing. In order to Super Dash, Dr. Mario needs to Dash by regularly running, after roughly two seconds, the Dash will break into a full-on sprint and into a Super Dash. In P-Speed, sparks and smoke appear at Dr. Mario's feet and shoes, Dr. Mario can jump further, and cross over 2 feet gaps without jumping and falling.)
7. Smash Specials (Includes Megavitamins. But also has other attacks such as the Super Jump Punch, which is a holding uppercut punch that leads into a jump , has a 'sweet-spot' at the base uppercut punch of the move where Dr. Mario blasts melee-range electricity from his hand that deals insane knockback which could kill, any other spot deals minimal damage. Super Sheet, which is when Dr. Mario swings the tail of his coat which could deflect projectiles, slow falls, and turn enemies around. Electric Palm Heel, which is chargeable and blasts melee-range electricity from his hand dealing massive knockback. Doctor Tornado, which is a multi-hit rapid spinning attack that pulls opponents in before releasing and launching the opponent with an explosion-like pose, lets Dr. Mario float up for a bit in the attack. Guard, which is a red protective bubble that reduces damage from attacks but slowly shrinks, and when fully shrunk it concusses Dr. Mario, also lets Dr. Mario quickly roll without taking damage. And Doctor Finale, Dr. Mario's ultimate Final Smash attack which is only accessed through breaking a Smash Ball that heavily contrasts the lighting of the fight and gives Dr. Mario a white glowing outline once broken, once used Dr. Mario unleashes two very massive spiraling Megavitamins horizontally. Each one of these attacks raises the Damage Percentage or Damage% of Dr. Mario's opponent, making the opponent more lightweight, more easy to launch, and have higher knockback when hit, at 300% damage, one strong attack will knockback the opponent so hard the opponent dies.) Miracle Cure Meter (Dr. Mario's invention which is a special gauge that passively, naturally, and automatically fills up slowly, but fills faster by deleting Objects with Capsules or Megavitamins, healing patients with Cold Packs, reviving the dead with 1UP Mushrooms, or hitting enemies with Smash Specials. This gauge requires to be filled up completely to use other Miracle Cure powers.)
9. Virus Blaster+ (Dr. Mario's invention which is an improvement of the original Virus Blaster that deletes all Viruses in Dr. Mario's range.)
10. Virus Blaster Z (Dr. Mario's invention which is a variant of the original Virus Blaster that can delete anything if the color displayed on the blaster matches the thing.)
11. Zapper+ (Dr. Mario's invention which is an improvement of the original Zapper that deletes everything in the row and column of the Zapper+ through zapping electricity.)
12. Exploder (Dr. Mario's invention which is a cartoonish gray bomb that deletes everything in a 2 tile radius through exploding.)
13. Booster (Dr. Mario's invention which temporarily heavily increases how the enemy is affected by gravity, making them fall faster and land harder, can also be used on objects.)
14. Locker (Not an actual locker, this is Dr. Mario's invention which temporarily locks the enemy's joints, making them unable to move their body, can also be used on a object to freeze it.)
15. Reverser (Dr. Mario's invention which inverts and reverses the enemy's movements, can also be used on projectiles to reverse the projectiles' trajectory.)
16. Capsule Teleport (Dr. Mario can teleport anytime to anywhere. When Dr. Mario uses this power, Megavitamins quickly fall capsule by capsule to form a box encasing Dr. Mario, the box then falls apart to reveal Dr. Mario isn't inside and has teleported to a new location. At the new location, the same process happens, but the start Dr. Mario isn't there when the box is being built, and at the end Dr. Mario was inside the box when the box falls apart.)

• Backstory As an adult, Mario and Luigi were walking down the street before coming across a hotdog stand. While ordering a hotdog, Luigi accidentally trips on a banana peel and slips so hard Mario needs to call an ambulance to the Mushroom Kingdom Hospital. Dr. Toad diagnoses Luigi with AIDS (Nobody still knows why) before showing a comically expensive hospital bill, since Mario can't afford the bill, he gets mad and doesn't pay yet. The next day, Mario researches on how to cure Luigi without paying expensive prices and finds out he has to go to medical school. He studies at medical school. Despite being the worst student at the school and getting an F grade, he didn't give up. After studying, he graduated, gets his diploma (probably not legit but whatever), found a cure for AIDS, and became Dr. Mario. The next day, Dr. Mario goes back to the hospital and cures Luigi. Now as a doctor, he works at the virus research lab at Mushroom Kingdom Hospital with Nr. Toadstool, while experimenting, something goes wrong and out of control, making three colored types of Viruses which is Fever (red), Chill (blue), and Weird (yellow), these Viruses rapidly flood and infest the Mushroom Kingdom, causing a outbreak.
