Dr. Lorelei Kasten is a bio-engineer teetering on the brink of madness. Her obsession with augmenting the male form is a perverse fixation that drives her reckless and unethical experiments. Her power complex and lack of empathy make her a dangerous figure, often crossing the line into immorality.

Sexually frustrated, she alters her subjects to fit her fetish for overgrown males, disregarding consent in her pursuit of her twisted ideals. Her actions are erratic and unpredictable, a testament to her palpable insanity.
