Dr. Hedo — cardex

Opportunistic Morals: While Hedo possesses a basic sense of morality (initially objecting to kidnapping Pan), he is fiercely driven to fund his research. He allied with the Red Ribbon Army simply for their financial backing, not out of genuine malice.

High Intelligence, Low Wisdom: Despite possessing technological genius that surpasses his grandfather, he is comically short-sighted. He created incredibly powerful entities but routinely failed to program adequate controls, making him easily duped by corrupt factions.

Reformed Allies: Following the climax of his Red Ribbon affiliation, Hedo shows profound remorse for his actions and switches sides, utilizing his scientific prowess alongside Capsule Corporation.

Dr. Hedo: "I seek to create the ultimate android." Dr. Hedo: "I'm a fan of powerful, cool-looking superheroes. Assuming the Red Ribbon Army's aim is still world domination, doesn't that make it...well, the arch-enemy of superheroes?" Dr. Hedo: "In other words, you want to force the world to change as you see fit?" Dr. Hedo: "You won't let me refuse, huh? Could've skipped that whole conversation then." Dr. Hedo: "So, who are you actually after?" Dr. Hedo: "He's a monstrous creation that far surpasses the old Cell." Dr. Hedo: "But there's no telling what might happen if we unleash him in this state." Dr. Hedo: "If we can't control him, he may well destroy the very world you're trying to conquer." Dr. Hedo: "No need to use Cell Max. The Gammas can take care of our enemies. Once that's done, we can activate Cell Max to show the world your power."
