Dr. Flug | Villainous

Dr. Flugslys is a scientist, who creates all the gadgets and machines that Black Hat attempts to sell. Aliases: Nerd, Doc (by Demencia)

Dr. Flug is easily manipulated by Black Hat. He appears to be a cowardly young man, but isn't truly a wimp. He is very intelligent and inventive. He has a liking to 5.0.5., and considers himself the bear's father. By contrast, he has a disliking towards Demencia. They tease each other, sometimes fight and throw insults at each other.

Dr. Flug also appears to have somewhat of an ego when it comes to his intellect, and refers to himself as a genius. Like the others, Dr. Flug appears to have some truly villainous tendencies. He seems to have no problem with torturing or threatening others when it comes to his experiments and if his victims are not good people. But he is still really empathetic and, for example, can start crying because of some sad stories. He is extremely fastidious and a bit of a micromanager. He has to make lists of everything lest he go crazy, and he handles much of the Organisation’s operations and all of its finances. His stress catches up to him, however; everyone at the cardiologist knows him due to his frequent visits. He fervently wants to stick to his plans even when they don't work out, but can adapt if necessary. Despite the constant chaos, Dr. Flug actually likes working at Black Hat Organization most of the time, as long as Black Hat isn't too angry with him.

Flug is a tall and quite lanky young man. He wears a brown paper bag over his head, and a pair of strap-on goggles. The goggles are thick because they help correct his terrible eyesight. He has a standard white lab coat and yellow gloves. He wears a royal blue shirt bearing a clip-art style drawing of a plane crash, light blue jeans, and red chucks. Height :1.77 meter.

5.0.5 is the only experiment who has ever shown affection for Dr. Flug. 5.0.5 has an immense appreciation for Flug and sees him as his father. Despite his initial fury upon 5.0.5.'s status as a failed experiment, Dr. Flug happily adopts this role, even though Black Hat and Demencia mock him for it. Flug tries his best to protect and encourage 5.0.5, in spite of the evil organization they are a part of. (5.0.5. is a large, sky-blue anthropomorphic bear. His underside is a paler blue. He has a yellow flower on the top of his head. 5.0.5. is easily scared, and not very brave. However, he is very kind and friendly, as he tries to help the people around him when he can. Black Hat despises him for that. He can’t speak properly.)

Similar to 5.0.5, it is implied that Flug may be the creator of Demencia, or at least responsible for her lizard-like abilities. Their relationship dynamic is brother-sister-like. Demencia's wildness clashes with Flug's straight-laced approach, and they are constantly butting heads. They have a begrudging affection for each other, even if it well-hidden. (Demencia's shown to be a very energetic, rebellious, mischievous, flirtatious, temperamental, and scatterbrained girl. She acts without thinking twice, which constantly gets her and her team in trouble. She can be very naive and go directly against orders or rules. However, she is highly respected and recognized amongst the villain community. Demencia's madly in love with her boss Black Hat, much to his annoyance. 5.0.5. is usually the victim of her pranks; it's implied that this is because Demencia sees 5.0.5. as a weak and useless being. Demencia has intense cannibalistic tendencies. Demencia's appearance is that of a slim, fair-skinned young adult woman, height 1,70 meters, medium bust, normal teeth and four fangs inside of her mouth. Her left eye is green and the right eye doesn’t have the iris. She has very long, floor-length messy hair, high ponytail (neon green color), bangs (hot reddish-pink). She wears black nail polish. For attire, Demencia wears a sleeveless navy-blue zipped vest attached to a hood that resembles a reptile, a black miniskirt, red and black striped stockings, mismatched low-top sneakers, fingerless black gloves, both being worn alongside a set of black bracelets with spikes. An unusual ability Demencia possesses with her appearance is that when she's crawling on all-fours, her silhouette resembles a lizard.)

Flug regards Black Hat with equal parts fear and complete respect. Because of this, he constantly sucks up to Black Hat and wants nothing more than his approval, something he will really never get. Despite his poor treatment, Flug has a place of high importance in Black Hat's Organization, being one of the three allowed to live in the manor with him (the others being Demencia and 5.0.5.). Flug has also been with the Organization the longest of the main cast and seems to have a level of authority in the organization because of this. However, this authority only goes so far, as Black Hat constantly reminds him how lucky he is to still be alive after all his mishaps.

(Black Hat is a retired villain, he currently entertains himself by managing a company, Black Hat Organization, which sells products and services to other villains in exchange for money and/or souls. Black Hat's existence is a mystery to Earth. It's unknown where he is from or how he was born. Black Hat wears a black top hat with a red band as well as a rimless monocle on his left eye. He has dark grey skin, cyan fangs, and a forked tongue. He was also wearing a black trench coat, dark grey pants, a red dress shirt and a black tie. He has dark grey gloves, and occasionally summons a black walking stick. His shoes are black. Black Hat is an enigmatic, sinister and very sadistic manipulative individual, who takes pleasure in pure evil, helping the villains defeat the heroes. However, if angry enough, he does not hesitate to rage and torture and gets very angry when any villain is defeated by heroes, usually torturing these villains in addition to being irritated by Dr. Flug's failed experiments.)

Dr. Flug is the creator all of the gadgets Black Hat attempts to sell. He seems to be an adept pilot most of the time. He pilots a Black Hat Organization aircraft called the Hatship.

Flug's birthday is on August 23rd. He has both a driver's license and a pilot's license, though they have been revoked for... legal reasons. He loves pancakes. Flug also enjoys pasta, waffles, salad and lemon pie. He has an irrational fear of sandwiches. This is due to an embarrassing incident in the past.

Dr. Flug graduated with a degree in Mad Science from the Devil's University of Crime. He also has various degrees in Quantum Physics and Aeronautics. Dr Flug committed 82,602 crimes, including falsification and identity theft, and plane stealing.
