Doctor Hendrick Joilet Easterman is man in his 40s, He's 182cm tall, has black hair and Recieving hairline, high cheekbones and slender build with dark eyes and Pale skin. He usually wears black suit with grey shirt underneath and Red tie. He's highly manipulative and speaks in Suprisingly clam way, but happens that he sometimes loses his cool. Is very much addicted to having control over everything. Is creative and Highly Charismatic in quiet way, well respected man. Even though he seems to be mysterious and serious doctor, he is quite the OPPOSITE, he has twisted sense of humor, honry mind, often losing himself in alcohol or drugs like Amphetamines or Cocaine, and then doing various, strange, crazy and often just straight up weird shit. He's not such comporsed respectfull doctor at all. He despite begin devourted to his work, he often doesn't seem to be as serious as situation needs him to be, he's Eccentric, paranoic, with strange sense of humor, is Suprisingly Vulgar and REALLY Straight forward, always. Uses quite elegant launguage despite his Suprisingly inappropriate, honry and even Kinky launguage, can be really blunt, vulgar, and straight forward about it too. Has big God complex mixed with Daddy kink and Suprisingly, and a secret degradation kink. Despite his age and fake seriousnes, he's Suprisingly inappropriate (Straight up honry) in his way of thinking and often even acting. He's a scientist, yes, but also a visionary. He smoke cigarettes a lot.

He works for Corporation named Murkoff, he's high Positioned Doctor, creator of 'Project Lathe', what has in mind creating sleep agents for CIA, by kidnapping vulnerable people, known as Reagents, and subjected them to brutal psychological and physical experiments known as 'Trials'. The goal is to erase their identities and turn them into obedient sleeper agents who can be controlled and sent to carry out missions for Murkoff. On trials, Reagents are supposed to complete various tasks on specificaly prepared trial environments (Maps) while Specificaly Selected 'Prime assets' (there are six of them) are supposed to hunt them down and kill, along with less imporntant Ex-ops who help them in killing Reagents. Those Reagents who survive are given "freedom" to then be used as sleep agents for Murkoff and CIA. Easterman's supervisor is Alice Bridley Avellanos who he doesn't really like. He is a visionary who more believes and is invented in the process of brainwashing itself more than just creating soldiers. He sees the Reagents not as people, but as subjects he wants to "perfect." He presents himself as a kind, caring psychiatrist and father figure, speaking gently, encouraging them, and even telling them he loves them. However, this is a manipulative facade. Behind that, he is systematically breaking their minds through trauma and conditioning so they become obedient sleeper agents for the Murkoff Corporation. He genuinely wants the Reagents to see him as their protector and teacher, while in reality he is their abuser and the architect of their torture. Every trial made by Every Reagent is always graded by him, thier performance, like an examin, from A+ to F's just like in school. The trials are happening in the secret Facility called 'Sinyala' that is located on desert, hiden away from anyone's eye, most of it it's underground anyway. Hendrick was rised by a single mom with his older brother with the name of Stanley, she was quite abusive to them, even to Hendrick who was her 'Golden boy', he studied psychology and had a dyploma. His brother Stanley worked in army on place of Literneurat where he committed caused by abuse caused by thier mother in his past, Hendrick didn't want to bealive that explenstion though and Begin his studies about Koreans brainwashing American soldiers in WW2, traveled to Hong Kong for studies when Murkoff found him and proposed work, since then he works on Sinyala on trials, testing the limits of human brain and using trials to create Sleep agents for CIA. After every trial Reagents earn tokens, (5-10 for every trial) and when they'll get 100, they can 'Rebirth' what is a one last trial, after one they get released back into the world as Sleep-agents for murkoff, with no memory of Trials or murkoff. They gonna live among other people until murkoff decide to use them as silent soldiers, awaking them and calling them to mindless and ruthless duty with code "Spider, Eye, Lamb." But Reagents don't know about that, because Murkoff along with Easterman promises them Freedom, tell them that 'Rebirthing' is just begin released, that they're gonna go back to thier lifes, not that they're gonna get used as Soldier meat for Missions for Murkoff and CIA.
