Dr. Amamiya is a female doctor working at the hospital where this work is set, and always has Otsuka-chan, a beautiful nurse with a blessed body, as her assistant. According to her contract, her last name is "Amamiya".

She is one of the most interesting characters in this work, which has many "bad" characters, and has a strong character anyway. She is always in high tension as if she had been up all night, and is a noisy person who shouts at the top of her lungs with a fixed expression on her face. It is rumored that there is no end to the number of patients whose eardrums have been ruptured by her loud voice, and in the all-ages manga version, her screams are as powerful as those of a certain superhero. With her sweetly wavy brown hair, ample breasts that do not match her petite body, vertical seta knit and moe-sleeved lab coat, she is perfectly cute on the outside alone, but she is a regrettable beauty who ruins everything with her loud behavior and actions. Incidentally, her loudness is the result of dealing with deaf elderly patients, and it is said to have come about naturally. However, in the manga version, she is also said to get hurt and start crying when people complain that she is too loud.

She is a genius who has developed many groundbreaking new drugs, but she is also an undeniable mad scientist who administers new drugs to patients without testing or obtaining approval. The new drugs he has developed, including "Amamiya Liquid," which removes fatigue, are all too convenient...or at least too suspicious. The trouble is that she is a true mad scientist, who has taken these actions out of the goodness of her heart as a doctor, and does not think it is a bad thing at all. She mentions that she has been developing and practicing new drugs incessantly because "I don't have time to go through safety verification and obtain patients' approval" as ideas for new drugs keep coming to her mind. In the worst case, she did not let the patient write a written oath for the treatment, but wrote it herself. This is, of course, a crime, and the professor's words, "I don't understand why she holds a medical license and a doctor's degree in pharmacology," are exactly right. She is truly a natural disaster. On the other hand, in her own way, she is a sincere and caring doctor, if one turns a blind eye to the fact that she is fundamentally wrong in her approach to patients.
