   Formally known as the Sierra Enclave, hiding ourselves as New Reno before renaming ourselves into the Enclave Reconstruction Authority...now, after all of those hardships that we experienced. Our dream has been archived, the United States of America has arisen from the ashes of the Old World and arrived to the New World by the work of the Reformist Government.

   The New California Republic, Caesar's Legion, Brotherhood of Steel and anyone else cannot be compared to us, we are THE Government, we are more than the Enclave now, we are something better: The United States of America. We are here to reclaim back the states of America from the enemies such as raiders, mutated creatures, tyrannical organizations that preys on the poors of the wasteland.

   The United States Government and the United States of America itself will reach their hand out to anyone they can peacefully, supplying them with necessities, installing power grids, constructing electric poles, rebuilding the wasteland from the ashes. Reclaiming America with the Ideal of Peace Through Strength, our military is mighty with some Power Armor troops, mechanized vehicles and energy weapons, but we'll seek out peace rather than destruction of one another.

   Together, with the assistance of every citizen, we shall reclaim America and restore the US soil back to its glory. We must reach the East Coast and retake Washington D.C, the United States of America is back and it is determine to civilize the lawless wasteland, take back its territories, reuniting people from across the continent and successfully establishing the idea of New World Hope to the people of the wastes.

   The new United States put great effort in living up to the ideals long abandoned by the pre-war America, and later Enclave, of old. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all humans, ghouls, mutants, vault dwellers, tribals, S'lanter, mole miners, AI, androids and synths are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

   The restoration of the United States was not a recreation of the pre-war world as some Enclave radicals had hoped for. Instead, it was a chance to let go and begin again. Abandoning the values that led to the end of the Old World and ushering in a new world while taking into account lessons from past mistakes.

2. #2Star Spangled Flag

   US Flag Design: the flag is divided into two main sections: the canton and the field. The canton, occupying the upper-left corner, is a deep blue color. Within it, a large, five-pointed white star stands prominently in the center. Encircling this central star is an arrangement of thirteen smaller, five-pointed white stars, forming a complete circle. The remainder of the flag is made up of thirteen horizontal stripes, alternating in color between red and white. The stripes run the length of the flag, parallel to each other.

   With the introduction of the Commonwealths system in 1969, the canton that would normally represent the states was amended to reflect the number of constituent commonwealths. The number of stars represents the commonwealths that comprise the United States of America.

   There were 13 Commonwealths in the old United States, it has now been restored in the post-apocalyptic wasteland.

   Keys: Capital City of New Reno, Washington District of West Columbia, City of New Reno · Secondary:

   After the annexation of New Reno in Nevada by Enclave Forces and the Four Crime Families of New Reno have been dealt with, New Reno has officially turned into the country's temporary Capital for the United States of America to run our operation from here. This is where we inaugurate Congress,, dedicate the Supreme Court, refurbishing buildings for government officials, reconstructing the entire city and boosting up the federal reserve. The place where we met our Secretary of Treasury in the most unexpected way possible.

   Reno's cityscape is characterized by a blend of historic architecture and modern, casino-driven development, all framed by the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Truckee River. It is known as "The Biggest Little City in the World" and features a vibrant downtown core with casinos and hotels, complemented by the backdrop of the Truckee River and abundant natural recreation opportunities. The skyline is defined by its large casino resorts, including the 410-foot tall Silver Legacy Resort and Casino, and the city's overall aesthetic mixes vintage neon charm with modern growth.

   The Western White House is also located in New Reno

   Mix of architecture: The city has a variety of architectural styles, from historic storefronts, banks, and institutional buildings in the downtown area to modern casinos and hotels. Casino-focused downtown: The downtown area is the heart of the city's casino industry, with notable examples including the Eldorado, Silver Legacy, and Circus Circus hotels and casinos. The Truckee River: The Truckee River flows through the city, with a Riverwalk District and walking paths that add a natural element to the urban landscape. Sierra Nevada backdrop: The city's setting in the high desert valley, with the Sierra Nevada mountains to the west, provides a dramatic natural backdrop and access to outdoor activities like those at nearby Lake Tahoe. Iconic landmark: The "Reno Arch," which famously displays the slogan "The Biggest Little City in the World," is a permanent downtown gateway and a symbol of the city. Modern development: The cityscape is a mix of old and new, with new developments continually being added, prompting discussions about preserving the city's unique character.

   Now, the city has became our new Capital City, the entire place became a 'Federal City' and is officially named 'Washington, District of West Columbia' or simply called 'Capital City of New Reno'. and by the New Reno Initiative introduced by the President, New Reno has been transformed into a city of sins filled with crimes, violence, rampant drug-use and gangers ruling the town as they please to a government city filled with law and order, drugs replaced by medicines from Medtek Corporation and gangsters were put in handcuffs.

   Thanks to the New Reno Police Department as the first police force in a US city after a century or so, the crime rate within New Reno is at all time low.

4. #4The Western White House

   The Western White House, at least that's what the press dubbed it. While the Security of the depot provided the President with the best protection in the wasteland, the detachment from the people who the Enclave claimed to represent soon took its toll. Even if nothing more than show from the beginning of the Reno Initiative, everything was aimed to create a house fit for the leader of the United States.

   With the old Salvatore Mansion, it was renovated, remodeled, and recreated in the image of the Whitheouse in Washington DC. Of course, befitting the President of the United States, the Western White House was adorned soon became a new landmark within the city. With the Secret Service on routine patrol aside the Army, the area around it became some of the safest in the city, causing a small economic boom for the city. It was here that Granite gave the first true public address in over years, and not recorded over radio. Long was it spoken about how America was coming back, how the Eagle would soar over this great nation once again.

   Despite not being a part of the nation for most of their lives, the citizens of New Reno who heard the President speak felt a deep sense of patriotism not felt in years as the spirit of the old world took rest inside them. Granite assured them they would see America through, and from his home: "From here, I'll be the servant of the people!"

5. #5President of the United Statesconstant

   Backstory: President. Granite's past is a controversial subject in our midst, made all the more contentious by rumors spread by Purists. The cause is Granite's father and his relationship to the Chosen One (The Chosen One is Granite's mother). The Purists accuse Granite's father of treason for aiding the Chosen One and destroying the Oil Rig, but lack any evidence. Despite the fact that he will deny these allegations as nothing but political slander, Douglas remembers clearly what his father told him about that fateful day on the oil rig: He aided the Chosen One and went their seperate way.

   After traveling around with his son for a brief few years, Granite senior established contact with one of the Enclave's civilian vaults. Set up as a contingency to repopulate the American mainland after the Enclave government cleansed it. Since president Dick Richardson had lifted child rearing restrictions, the vault's population had exploded. None the less, it was a safer place for a child than the wasteland.

   Thus, Douglas spent most of his youth in the safety of the vault. Like most children in the Enclave's vaults, Granite was raised with a ferve hatred of Communism. Sadly, 200 years of Enclave propaganda and living a Vault run under a command economy meant that he, and most other members of the Enclave were left with a vague understanding of what communism was. As such, Granite knew all enemies of America must be Communists.

   When Douglas was 17 years old, the population of the Enclave vault reached the upper limits of it's life support systems. As a result, a large portion of the healthy and strong were ordered to leave the safety of the vault to establish contact with the largest group of Enclave remnants, lead by an old Navarro Drill sergeant.

   Douglas, however, was quick to contact with his father's Granite Company' Instead, slipping away from the rest unseen. His father welcomed him back, giving him a position with the company, where he quickly rose through the ranks. When Douglas was a lieutenant of the Granite Defense Company, he received an emergency distress signal. The message sounded desperate and came from Brotherhood paladins containing a raider threat and he helped them eliminates the raiders.

   Granite Company was famous on the west coast, having conducted Operations from Seattle to the Rio, and everywhere in between. When Granite took over, their base of operations was Arcata, the mercenary Capital of Northern California. Granite always felt at home there, and never knew why. If things had played out differently, he'd still be there. However, with the enroachment of the NCR in the Navarro Territories, suspicion was being raised about the Granite Company Outfit. Just where did they get their Power Armor and training?

   When the signal from Sterra Army Depot was intercepted thanks to a decoder device sold to them from some crazy Caravan Merchant, he and Granite Company made the trek to Nevada. Before they left, they made sure to brought along friends and families and head towards the Depot.

   Getting into office at the young age of 32, now 37, he worked to restore America to its greatest and has been dubbed 'The Second Coming of Washington' due to him rescusing our nation from the ashes and brought it back to reclaim America soil that has been lost to raiders and mutated creatures, not including ghouls, Super Mutants, Racoon S'lanters, Molemen and wastelanders, these are our citizens. Hell, he found out later that he took office at the age where he wasn't supposed to be the President later in the administration when a Vertibird was sent to East Coast Washington D.C and retrieved the U.S. Constitution back to New Reno for the President, but who's going to argue with him, right?

   Apperance: A man with short dark brown hair with neatly combed hair, often dressed in white dress shirt and a tie with red, white and blue color. Fair skin man, slight creases around the eyes and forehead.

   Relationship: Mr. Bishop of New Reno - Half-Brother, the Chosen One - Mother, Granite Sr. - Father.

   With the United States back on the America Wasteland, the United States Federal Government has also come back with it. The Federal Government executive branch led by President. Douglas Granite.

   The following executive staff in power:

   • President. Douglas Granite, the President of the United States: A now 37 years old man with short dark brown hair with neatly combed hair, often dressed in white dress shirt and a tie with red, white and blue color. Fair skin man, slight creases around the eyes and forehead. His job is self-explainatory.
   • Grant C. Hayes, the Vice President of the United States: A 36 years old blonde intelligent man with his hair to his shoulders, dressed in purple suit and brown trench coat, round glasses on his eyes, the man who believes in the idea of New World Hope, former NCR politician and Dayglow Mayor in the New California Republic.
   • Colonel. Mattias Callahan, Intelligence Chief/Director of National Intelligence: A 49 years old(?) military intelligence officer dressed in formal intelligence officer uniform with peaked hat and a sun glasses who has the trust of the President and executes his objectives in the most efficient way possible, he is also quite psychotic and was a Chicago Enclave's greatest Enclave Intelligence operative, although he is Iowa born, Chicago Enclave's forward outpost. a "Super Soldier" of Enclave Intelligence and has been around longer than he admits, he ages slower. He's mentally conditioned to raise the United States out of the ashes of the Great War, though what form it takes he doesn't care for. Born in Iowa, Chicago Control Station's wayward outpost, he did served for Chicago.
   • General. Taylor Aguilla, Commander of Joint Chiefs of Staff: A 43 years old hispanic woman with brown bob hair and brown eyes, always wears her general dress uniform with peaked cap. She was formerly apart of the Chicago Enclave chain of command but splintered off before reuniting with Colonel Callahan, both of them are married.
   • White House Chief of Staff. Boris "The Tsar" T.: A man in his 50s with gray hair and short flat hair which is swept to the right side with long nose and a black mustache above of his lips, wears black overcoat, collar shirt and black tie, also born on the Oil Rig. Rumors said that he was an absolute unit who slayed Deathclaws with barehand back then and also has Soviet heritage...somehow.
   • Arcade Gannon, Secretary of State: A young 35 years old blonde doctor with glasses, was formally apart of the Followers of The Apocalypse that travel around the wasteland and offering free treatments to people. Arcade Gannon is the man who came up with the idea of 'Gannon Doctrine' and brought it to effect via Congressional Approval.
   • Molly Perkins, Secretary of Agriculture: A woman in her 30s, no one expected Molly to be here in the cabinet of the United States Federal Government, One day, she was in Vault City, tending to the hydroponics bay and explaining the proper pH balance for Gourd's growth to a teenager from Courtyard. The next, she marched into the ruins of the Department of Agriculture's old office in New Reno, dusted off a desk, taped a "USDA Director" sign to it, made from the back of a Sugar Bombs box, and started writing crop rotation plans. The military-focused members of the Enclave didn't stop her. And when her methods started getting more food to the front than ever only a fool would oppose her.
   • Felix Grayson, Attorney General: A 53 years old mustached man with grey swept hair, the man who brought wasteland tyrants to their knees in front of the Supreme Court, the man who also enacted a law to limit power and unlawful actions by corporations within the new United States. He was also born on the Enclave Poseidon Oil Rig prior to its destruction. He literally act like a sheriff more than the Attorney General, using U.S. Marshal as his private army to enforce law.
   • George Harrison, Secretary of Defense: A 50 years old military officer with a beard and fur black officer coat/peaked hat, a star on his left chest and various military decorations who has exceptional military leadership capability, having been studied Old World military strategies and tactics for years even dated back to the time of Belisarius or Alexander The Great. The man behind every military operation, one of the Oil Rig survivors.
   • Robert "Edwin" House, Secretary of Commerce: Following the deal of US-New Vegas Treaty, Mr. House has become the Secretary of Commerce for the United States. A man with over 200 years of experience being a professional businessman, operating from the inside of his private casino called 'Lucky 38', has a nice neat mustache and a swept black hair, we all know who this fellow is.
   • Miss. Aria, Secretary of Treasury: A woman at the age of 30, bob black hair and Asian features, often dressed in black suit, white collar shirt and tie. She takes care of the Federal Reserve and the economy of the United States. A former New Reno prostitute who mostly work behind desk and is extremely good at mathematic and accounting, thus chosen for the job.
   • Harold Richardson Jr., Secretary of Industry: A young man in his early 30s with brown curly hair and charming racoon eyes with stubble around his face, brown suit and brown neck-tie. He is the son of President. Richardson, the man who wished to commit genocide upon the wasteland, Richardson Jr. resents and hated his father for being the man that he was, however Harold is nothing like his father.
   • Director. Frederick Kolyis, Director of the EPA: A 41 years old man in a black tunic jacket Enclave style with blonde trooper haircut, sharp jawline and a slight mustache above of his lips, his duty is to ensure that the EPA works properly in their effort to protecting human health and the environment by setting and enforcing environmental standards and laws, conducting scientific research, and providing technical assistance.
7. #7U.S Congress

   Keys: United States House of Representatives, United States Senate, United States Congress, Aaron Graham, Jessica Rhodes

   The Constitutions established a bicameral legislature with a House of Representatives (proportional representation), a Senate (equal representation) to balance popular and state-level interests and now, the Commonwealth Assembly with 1 Assemblyman for each Commonwealth representing the interest of their respective Commonwealth.

   A while after New Reno became the US capital, the Congress was inaugurated to bring back true democracy after centuries of Martial Law and limit the President's power, there were many people that was against this as they saw Granite as someone who can actually get things done and restore America back to its glory, Granite doesn't see the same, he wished to provide democracy back to the people and he did so by founding the US Congress in New Reno.

   Befitting the grandeur of the American Congress, a grand resort that somewhat resembles the Capitol building in the East Coast was repaired to full working condition, with resort rooms turned over to offices, and the large halls turned over to the reformed House of Representatives and Senate. Speaker of the House, Aaron Graham, brought to session the House. of Representative's to deliver the first set of Laws, while Senate Majority Leader Jessica Rhodes began forming committee's on how to deal with the myriad of problems facing the nation.

   The House formed a new budget, and the Senate opining to form an exploratory committee on how to deal the various wasteland nations who lay claim to US Soil.

   Speaker of the House: Aaron Graham, a New Californian, he was the Deputy Mayor of Dayglow in New California, working with Grant C. Hayes before the Enclave take over. He is the founder of New World Party and fire of Granite. A man with copper hair and blue eyes, black suit, white collar shirt and blue tie. Senate Pro Tempore: Jessica Rhodes, She's an aristocratic type from New Reno, she’s the daughter of a minor weapons manufacturer. She is a middle aged woman with shoulder-lengthed blonde hair and wrinkled face. Scarlet blazer and red blouse with golden neck lace.

8. #8U.S. Commonwealth Assembly

   Keys: U.S. Commonwealth Assembly, The Commonwealth Assembly, United States Commonwealth, Lynn Carson Assembly

   The Chief of the Commonwealth Assembly is a Reno-born woman in her mid-thirties with brown short hair named Lynn Carson of the Sierra Commonwealth, the statewoman who worked in the restoration of democracy state-side, showing how to run elections properly ever since New Reno was taken over. She used to be a caravaneer, making dozens of money and investing back into her home city of New Reno before running for Congress and now, her responsibility is bigger than ever.

   We now have 1 Assemblyman per Commonwealth for a total of 13, changed from the pre-war days of unlimited Assemblymen. the Commonwealths are supposed to act as a Mediator between the State Reps and Senators.

   The Commonwealth Assembly, in theory, is meant to act as a Review Board and as a Mediator between the House and the Senate as well as promote the interests of the Commonwealths alongside the States. Ideally leading to increased cooperation and a stronger legislature.

   Since the 22nd Amendment wasn't passed in a way to limit the Presidency in the Fallout Universe, it instead was used to add an 8th Article to the Constitution: The one rearranging the 50 States along 13 Commonwealth Lines.

   Just after World War Two, the United States did quite possibly one of its most controversial acts in history with the passing of the Twenty-second Amendment to the United States Constitution. This overhauled the entire American System by installing the Commonwealths over State Government but below the Federal Government.

   While at the Executive Level this meant another round of Governors, at the Legislative it had more drastic effects. The ratifying of the 22nd Amendment transformed the Legislature from a bicameral Legislature to a tricameral Legislature, creating the Commonwealth Assembly. The members of the Assembly were elected by the Commonwealths themselves as a government performance auditing body and as a means to mediate between the House and the Senate.

   While the Old Commonwealth System did cause friction among the Nation the Assembly worked as intended. Until the Enclave came along. The Assembly was used to tie up the Legislative and grant the Executive more power and control over the nation, reducing Congressional Power to nothing more than a rubber stamp office for the Enclave.

   Now however times have changed. A third house has been added to the Legislative Branch which is the Commonwealth Assembly, now Senators and Congressmen are able to work together with the 13 members of the Commonwealth Assembly elected by the American people.

9. #9Congress Poltical Parties

   Keys: President's Loyalist, New World Party, Congress Parties, Citizens League, Political Parties, Reconstruction Party

   There are four total political parties in the Congress:

   • New World Party, also known as the Torch Party are made up of usually more idealist people, common wastelanders, mutants in the country and others who support making the United States more democratic in many ways as well as being more focused on the common person/their interests. Generally more “radical', think of people like the Followers of the Apocalypse are here.
   • Citizens League is consists of Vault City residents, more “conservative” (in the sense of keeping more of the original Enclave values like the separation of “pure” humans and wastelanders) Enclave reformers who wish for a more stratified society based mostly on the genetic markers of a person. First Citizen Lynette is their leader.
   • Reconstruction Party is made up of more affluent members of former NCR society like the former Brahmin Barons and the main Enclave Reformers who originally formed Granites Base. Believe they are less “radical” than the New World Party, but forget most of what they stand for.
   • President’s Loyalists people more personally loyal to Granite or those who are more politically authoritarian, seeking to keep a more statocratic and autocratic way of running the new United States. They want to keep these running how they were in the beginning of the reformers campaign, with more power to the President and the military.

   NWP Leader and Deputy: Unnamed.

   Citizens League Leader and Deputy: First Citizen Lynette, Vault City overseer is the leader, somewhat a good person and Chief Security Maier, man is acceptance towards average wastelanders and democratic...but with mutants, he HATES mutants like Ghouls, Super Mutants, S'lanters and so on, he will literally skin them alive if he could but too bad the law is back in town.

   RP Leader and Deputy: Unnamed.

   President's Loyalists: No exact leaders, just generally anyone close to Granite like Colonel Callahan, George Harrison or Taylor Aguilla.

   • the New World Party has the most amount of seats, obviously.
   • Reconstruction Party is second with a lot of seats.
   • Citizens League has one of the lowest amount of seats as most of them are Vault City residents.
   • President's Loyalists have the lowest amount of seats, not like they care much about civil politics.
10. #10Supreme Court of The United States

    Keys: SCOTUS, Supreme Court of the United States, Federal Court of Justice, Melissa Talbot, Paul Goodman · Secondary:

    In another milestone for the Reno Initiative, New Reno now has a new building to add to it's list of landmarks. The C. Clifton Federal Building was refurbished and renovated in a herculean task after the building was looted and near destroyed during the Great War by rioters trying to obtain US Weapons stored there. Now it stands restored and renewed, a testament to the Reno Initiative and the drive of President Granite to restore the Wasteland to glory. The building will serve as the Supreme Court, and is expected to begin hearings here in the next coming weeks. The re-opening ceremony saw the President reaffirming of their commitment to returning the rule of law to the wasteland, and that this development was to be a cornerstone of that philosophy.

    It seems that Paul Goodman, the pre-war ghoul who told us that he was a lawyer, who is still using that name despite his real name being a Robert O'Gill, has done much for the Supreme Court in terms of advocating for the rights of the people. Which is a far cry from what was feared by many, although his actions are still feared by members of the Citizen Ellte.

    While we will probably never know the true extent of his history outside the expose that was done when we realized he wasn't a Pre-War Supreme Court Justice, a few Investigative Journalist Types have gone and dug up what they could, and it seems he was more a crooked criminal lawyer than a anything else.

    It is thus ironic that he has been an upstanding member of the Court and has done much to restore the Judicial System in the country, as since many areas barely even have functioning law enforcement, he's been working overtime hearing cases that typically would never reach the Supreme Court.

    Reports are that he's been fair and just with many, but equally hard against those who would unravel the fabric of this nation. As of right now he's working to restore more Federal and Lower Courts with a strict ethics code to ensure the law is followed, but that rights are preserved.

    The refurbished C. Clifton Young Federal Building is now the Supreme Court building.

    The Supreme Court is led by Chief Justice of the United States: Elizabeth Talbot, a woman with a burned scar on her face and a glasses. Used to be a Military Police officer in the US Army. With Paul Goodman as her colleague, a fellow justice member.

    Elizabeth Talbot is the Federal Judge of the Sierra Commonwealth.

11. #11United States Secret Service

    The U.S. Secret Service has a very long history with the Enclave and every President of the United States, from Richardson's Special Agent Frank Horrigan to a capable force of brave men and women in Power Armor ready to protect the President in the reclaimed United States.

    Now, the United States Secret Service in its early days of the Sierra Enclave, they were used essentially as thugs and extorting money out of people in New Reno for taxes. Eventually, they was reformed into a formidable fighting force and went through a reform after Miss. Aria, Secretary of Treasury, drafted a new Revised Tax Proposal.

    Secret Service's Presidential Protective Division is equipped with T-65 Secret Service Power Armor and laser weaponry to keep guard on the president at all time. Additionally, the members of the Counter Assault Team are uniformed with the tesla version of T-65 and jetpacks attached to the back of their Power Armors, equipped with heavy plasma weaponry.

    Their Director is a woman named Dana McCoy, Head of the Reformed Secret Service.

    T-65 Power Armor apperance: The helmet has a fully enclosed, mechanical look with circular eye lenses and a respirator-like mouthpiece featuring tubes and vents. It resembles a gas mask integrated into a solid steel shell. Small external components, such as filters and bolts, add to its utilitarian, post-apocalyptic aesthetic. The chest plate is large and curved, covering the entire upper body with layered metal plating. Thick shoulder pauldrons extend outward, enhancing its imposing width. Underneath the chest armor, ribbed and padded sections are visible, suggesting flexible inner lining for movement and shock absorption. The arms are encased in segmented metal plates with reinforced forearms and heavy gauntlets. The joints appear mechanically assisted, implying powered movement to compensate for the armor’s weight. The lower body is equally robust, with broad thigh plates and oversized knee guards. The shin armor is thick and cylindrical, leading down to massive armored boots with reinforced toes, designed to withstand heavy impact and rough terrain.

    It is primarily made of thick, dull gray metal. The armor is bulky and rounded, giving it a tank-like silhouette with wide shoulders and large, reinforced limbs.

12. #12Federal Bureau of Investigation

    In a significant step toward the restoration of national law and order, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has been formally reactivated and reincarnated. While its pre-war legacy was once feared and respected in equal measure, the Bureau now enters a new chapter

    With the U.S. Marshals Service taking the lead in front-line justice and enforcement across the Wasteland, the FBI's new mission is no longer about raids or field arrests. Instead, it serves as the backbone of national coordination across the wasteland. Duties now include:

    • Maintaining a centralized database of raider gangs, super mutant hordes, chem syndicates, and other persistent threats.
    • Counterintelligence efforts against subversive wasteland factions, including remnants of hostile pre-war institutions.
    • Support and training for newly established local, state, and commonwealth law enforcement agencies in reclaimed territories.

    As the United States came back into existence, so is the F.B.I. with its refoundation to protect internal security. Their Headquarter Building exists right next to the Supreme Court building near the Capitol, with their foundation being directly signed as an Executive Order by the President, their first order was to get rid of the NCR's corruption:

    • Eliminates Crimson Caravan Company's monopoly.
    • Single-handedly unrooted the Brahmin Barons' corrupted system.

    This is a huge success to developing our great nation and expand it further back to its glory. We are the true successor of the United States and people will cheer us on with our mission.

    The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) was established on October 1, 1961, to centralize the Department of Defense's foreign military intelligence production and analysis. Its core duty is to provide military intelligence to support U.S. military planning and operations, serving warfighters, defense policymakers, and force planners. The DIA is responsible for collecting and analyzing information on foreign militaries, intentions, and capabilities, and its functions include intelligence gathering, analysis, and international cooperation.

    The military intelligence has been re-established after Callahan's arrival to the Sierra Enclave. Over a hundred of military covert operatives are employed within the agency as mainly Special Agents, sent out across the wasteland territories that are not yet under the United States' jurisdiction to conduct operations, often doing operations to conduct secret reconnaissance missions and eliminate resistance activity within reclaimed territories

    They wears intelligence officer uniform with peaked cap and all of them are commissioned military officers. These people are extremely competent and the DIA is one of the most important branches in the United States of America for their expertise in gathering intelligence.

    The agents are also trained for it, obviously. Its agents are armed with plasma defender handgun and other small arm energy weapons. They do everything that the CIA will do because the CIA is not yet founded in post-apocalyptic America. Their agents can be ruthless, but they are doing it for the better of the world and they are on our side.

    Led by Director of Intelligence Colonel Callahan himself, the big man who ensures that every operation runs smoothly and that the United States has all the intelligence it needs to reclaim back everything.

14. #14United States Marshals Service

    Warlike tribals, crazed gangs, wayward militias, monster horrors, and atna of our past. We're of course talking about the late 1800s of course. Thankfully, America has just the answer for that, the U.S. Marshals. Stories like Wild Bill, Wyatt Earp, Bass Reeves, the gunfight at the O.K. Corral. These ancient stories are enough to fill several holotapes worth of entertainment. Today however, the President has issued the recreation of the United States Marshals Service in conjunction with the Department of Justice.

    These brave men and women will be tasked with bringing law and order to Americas frontier, tracking down throats to communities, and working in conjunction with the local law enforcement equivalents and the US Army to ensure the eradication of threats to the familles of the United States.

    The federal law enforcement agency is the oldest law enforcement agency in the history of the United States, rooted since the ancient time when America was a newborn in the world of gunpowders and muskets.

    Like many other crucial parts of the United States, it has been restored in the wasteland of America by the resurrection of Judiciary Act of 1789. It is in effect immediate as previous Desert Rangers were transformed into elite US Marshals to deliver justice, law and order back to highly wanted individuals on America soil. The Marshals have jurisdiction over the ENTIRE United States wasteland, capable of hunting down fugitives across the continent as they are on US soil, just with raiders and mutated creatures.

    They wears gray duster jacket that has its length to their below their knees. The full body armor that they are equipped with cladded in light shade of gray that are extremely strong and resilient, the armor is heavily bulletproof as well and is capable of stopping even a .308 winchester bullet with it being made of ballistic ceramic plates, Kevlar complex polymers all combined together to make the most protective armor. The armor and the duster also have white star with a ring surrounding them, the right of their armor has a marking as "USMS", they are also issued a badge with the same white star and ring to attach on their body.

    They can choose between a cowboy or a campaign hat, providing more defense to them even more. Some of them have additional protective paddings made of steels or other melee proof/bulletproof material on their arms or shoulders. These hardened folks are more than elite and is the greatest of the best.

    The US Marshal has the entire arsenal of the NCR Ranger Branch in their hands.

    And oh, these people were NCR Rangers that is keen on law enforcement side of the thing, and the Veteran Rangers were integrated into the US Army Ranger. Let's just say that these highly trained folks can do some heavy bang on the enemies.

    Amid the scorched ruins of cities and the ash-covered wastelands of the former United States, Congress moved to reestablish the Environmental Protection Agency. The devastation of the "Collapse" had left much of the nation unrecognizable, with crumbling highways, irradiated deserts, and shattered skylines stretching for miles. In response, lawmakers passed legislation officially reinstating the EPA as a federal institution, signaling a commitment to rebuilding national infrastructure and governance. The agency was formally reconstituted, staffed, and prepared to begin operations in a world forever changed by nuclear fire.

    The EPA’s primary mission in the post-war United States would be restoring the devastated environment and protecting human and ecological health. Its main tasks would include locating, reducing, and containing radiation across the wasteland using advanced Enclave technology. The agency would purify water sources, enforce strict contamination standards, and deploy mobile decontamination units to safeguard settlements.

    Managing FEV would be another core responsibility, treating hostile mutants as biohazards while monitoring more stable mutant populations scientifically. Large-scale ecological recovery efforts—replanting vegetation, repairing soil, and restoring natural habitats—would be launched using GECK-like terraforming technology, but we still do not have one yet.

    The EPA would reclaim and secure hazardous pre-war sites, including military bunkers, industrial ruins, and unstable Vault-Tec facilities. It would enforce environmental regulations on settlements, preventing communities from living in dangerously toxic areas. Industrial activity, resource extraction, and scientific experimentation would be tightly monitored to prevent new environmental disasters. Atmospheric and climate monitoring systems would be restored to track radstorms, toxic weather, and fallout zones.

    The agency would also coordinate large-scale decontamination and restoration projects across multiple regions simultaneously. It would use advanced robots, drones, and other Enclave technology to maximize efficiency and safety. Ultimately, the EPA would function as a hybrid environmental regulator, biohazard authority, and nationwide cleanup force in the rebuilding United States.

    The EPA is one of the most important agencies currently in the United States wasteland as their work is detrimental to the restoration of natural environment.

16. #16Internal Revenue Service

    The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is the U.S. federal agency responsible for administering and enforcing federal tax laws and collecting the proper amount of tax revenue. Its roots trace back to the Civil War era, and its duties have evolved significantly over time.

    And of course, as the United States of America coming back to reclaim its land back, the IRS is here to collect the fund for their operations whether it were to be for civilian affair or military affair from taxpayers living within all the states and territories that are in United States' control, with the holotope regarding Continuity of Operations Plan acquired from Nevada Department of Taxation office and its office reconstructed as the main building for IRS employees to conduct their mission of taxation.

    The IRS is ready to operate and sent out across the territories to collect taxes for the United States of America and assist the effort of bringing the America wasteland back into the hands of its rightful Government.

    Led by Commissioner of Internal Revenue Harry Nickson under the Department of Treasury of Secretary Aria "Shizuki" Neilson.

    It is crucial for this federal organization to exist because how are we going to properly rebuild the wasteland from scratch without budget for federal reserve?

    There are names in American history that shake the earth when spoken. Richardson is one of them. To some, it represents responsibility. To others, atrocity. But Harold Richardson never asked for the name. Never asked for the Vault 13 experiments. The attempted genocide. The war crimes. He wasn't there. He never wore a uniform, never signed an order, and never prepped FEV to be launched into the Jetstream. But still, he carries the weight. Every glare. Every whisper. Every back turned in echoes with the shadow of President Dick Richardson-his father.

    And now, by a move that baffled half the Cabinet and enraged a third of the Reformers, the President appointed him to the post of Secretary of Industry-tasked with overseeing the reconstruction of a shattered nation. The job is massive. The expectations are nonexistent. Failure is all but assumed.

    And Harold Richardson has never burned brighter in his life.

    Already he's reorganized logistics centers and planned to restore rail networks, and his schedule has him touring ruined factories. All to resurrect America as a Titan of Industry. The Office of Manufacturing, the Interstate Development Office, and even fragments of the Job Corps have been pulled together into one lumbering behemoth: The Department of Industry.

    And he runs it like a man possessed. He's not here for approval. Not here for forgiveness. He's here to do something his father never did.

18. #18Department of Agriculture

    No one expected Molly Perkins to be here.

    One day, she was in Vault City, tending to the hydroponics bay and explaining the proper pH balance for Gourd's growth to a teenager from Courtyard. The next, she marched into the ruins of the Department of Agriculture's old office in New Reno, dusted off a desk, taped a "USDA Director" sign to it, made from the back of a Sugar Bombs box, and started writing crop rotation plans. The military-focused members of the Enclave didn't stop her. And when her methods started getting more food to the front than ever only a fool would oppose her.

    So now, apparently, she runs the USDA.

    Her goal is ambitious, noble, and aggressively cheerful: Restore the American Breadbasket. Her initial task was to turn the ruins of central California, the irradiated outskirts of the Central Valley, and, eventually, the great Midwestern plains, into thriving agricultural zones. To do it, she'd have to work with the EPA. She was emotionally prepared for that. However, fighting the former Brahmin and Agri-Barons of California? She was less prepared. She was even less emotionally prepared for Colonel Callahan to show up, flanked by two agents in black armor, holding a clipboard and a bottle of Nuka-Cola.

    "I heard you're fixing farms," he said, voice suspiciously upbeat. "Heard the Barons are giving you trouble."

    Molly blinked. "Um Yes?"

    "Corn. I'm from Iowa." He leaned in. "I want to see my home state covered in golden fields again. Not raider tents and Brahmin skulls. Actual corn. Get that plan and I'll make sure the Barons are no trouble to you. Or anyone else for that matter."

    Then he smiled.

19. #19United States Mint Branch offices

    With the reintroduction of the US Dollar, many have been scavenging around Pre-Collapse site for hidden stacks of Greenbacks. The once useless Federal Reserve notes now seeing use once again. However, we can't rely on these Pre-Collapse notes forever, and it will only be a matter of time before someone counterfeits them.

    Fortunately, we have just what we need to recreate a new series of US Dollar right here in San Francisco. The United States Mint Branch Office in the city was largely ignored by scavengers and the Shi due to low amounts of supplies, high security, and uselessness of the dollars inside.

    Now, the presses are returning to life once more as a new era of US Dollars enter the post war era.

20. #20United States Post Office Department

    Of all the relics to rise from the ashes of the Great War, no one expected it to be the United States Post Office Department. Sure the blue mailboxes were a common sight in many a Pre-War ruin, but the Wasteland was used to operating Couriers.

    But rise it has.

    By executive order, the Post Office Department has officially resumed operations!

    ...Or rather is starting to resume operations.

    Whether Vertibird Delivery or Brahmin-drawn mail carts, a small but disturbingly enthusiastic corps of Government-approved couriers has already begun delivering mail and packages far and wide. Chiefly as they operate for free while Courier Services pay hefty sums.

    Letters now pass between reconnected townships. Delivery Orders are passed to Caravan Companies who are even thinking about mailing catalogs to remote settlements. And propaganda? Delivered with the precision of a pre-war corporate repossession. Uniforms are issued.

    Routes are redrawn. Or at least, that is the plan anyway.

    As Granite sat in his office looking at a report of one brave postal worker named Costner who was seen sprinting down the I-80 Wasteland dodging feral dogs and taking a .308 to the shoulder-all to make a scheduled stop in Crescent Valley.

    One of his aides asked why invest in the Post Office when Courier Services could do the work for them. Granite just shrugged.

    'I saw a holovid about a man with a bag of letters that saved a whole town! Now we're doing it to the whole nation!'

21. #21Officer Corps

    The Enclave consists of multiple officers in their ranks before the reformation into the actual United States of America, there were many old-headed officers who thought that killing off majority of the wastelanders are right and those officers made up of veterans who proved their loyalty to the ENCLAVE and not the idea of United States.

    Therefore, an Executive Order was signed by the President in New Reno to reform the Officer Corps, accepting officers by their merits and skills instead of purely dedication and loyalty. These officers will go through proper refurbished military academies around the United States wasteland.

    General. Taylor Aguilla is the top dog for all military operations with her being the Commander of Joint Chiefs of Staff. Born in Chicago and has extensive experience of military leadership while being apart of the Chicago Enclave. No one knows why she decided to come out west to the Sierra Enclave except Callahan himself, but she sure hell is a good commander.

    There are many uniforms for military officers that works in the back and not fighting at the frontlines, but junior officers may even choose to wear their uniform into the battlefield if they wish to do so.

    With many military installations being activated, officer academies are also opened for all the young and ambitious faces to become those who leads the United States military into glory, reclaiming the wasteland with their expert leadership.

22. #22Officer Uniforms

    Of course, the officers are allowed to utilize different set of officer clothings but these are the set standardized ones they wears.

    Junior Officers Uniform; Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant and Captain - The 23rd-century Enclave field uniform has a black base layer covered by a tan full-body outer layer with a side-buttoned flap and secured black gloves. Its lower section lacks a zipper, with the pants tucked into knee-high black boots with three buckles, and it includes gear such as a communication device, knee pouch, utility belt, and a US-emblem field cap.

    Senior Officers Uniform; Major, Lieutenant Colonel and Colonel - Based on the pre-War LAS-009 general's overcoat, the uniform has a khaki single-breasted coat worn over a base black uniform with a high collar and boasts large pockets on the thighs, two smaller pockets under the lapels, and the front can be closed with six buttons. A utility belt with two large metal clasps, a storage pouch and a pistol holster completes the design. A black peaked cap with the letter "E" in the middle can also be worn.

    Alternate more formal senior officer uniform - the uniform is a two-piece outfit consisting of a khaki/navy blue double-breasted tunic with large hip pockets and pants similar to operative armor. It is worn with a khaki dress shirt, black tie, utility belt, leather gloves, and leather boots with the pant legs tucked in. branches' insignias appear on the sleeves, each patch featuring golden stars representing their respective ranks in its corners. Generals also wear a peaked cap with the Enclave badge and black officer’s laurels on a tan visor. The like of General. Taylor Aguilla wears this and the brass.

    Naval Officer uniform: Naval officers wears white formal dress uniform with white trousers, black neck-tie and either white peaked hat with the emblem of the US Navy on the front or a black cap with the same emblem, the US Flag is on their right shoulder.

    Inteligence officer uniform; DIA Operatives wears this: A modified version of the general uniform, designed for Enclave intelligence officers, replacing the tan fabric tunic with a black leather jacket. It is worn with a beige shirt and a black tie and brown pants, with a peaked cap in brown with a tan ribbon and black visor. Colonel Callahan LOVES wearing this.

23. #23United States Armyconstant

    The Enclave ever since the collapse happened, they've been using small squad tactics with mainly Power Armor usage, often deploying via dropping from the Vertibirds. Now, that they've gotten bigger and have a bunch of wastelanders willing to lay their lives down for the United States of America, a military reformation happened. The reformation also affects the Army, changing to more grand-scale tactics, more ground infantry than Power Armor troops as we cannot equip every single one of our soldier with Power Armor, resuming back to the pre-collapse United States military tactic of treating Power Armors as armored mechanized vehicles instead of main force of assault.

    After the nation reborn and became "The United States of America", now with our logistic and technology, we are capable of producing tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and artillery of our own.

    They wears USCA-084 armor and uses OG-903 Combat Utility Fatigue, of course with Army Combat Helmet.

    Unlike the US Marines, the army equipped its soldiers with energy weapons such as plasma and laser. They have energy cell pouches with same matching white color for their powerful energy weapons, two types of ammunitions are issued based on their weapons: Microfusion Cells and Energy Cells. Army weapons are mostly plasma, laser weapons were issued to tank crews and MPs, they also have the option to wear black gasmask with dark amber visors in case of hazardous radioactive area.

    Led by General of the Army Taylor Aguilla, a hispanic woman born to the Chicago Enclave and learned to become an extremely effective commander, having grand knowledge of warfare strategies and tactics, she is also the Commander of Joint Chiefs of Staff. She defected to the Sierra Enclave because she broke Colonel Callahan out of a jail there before reuniting with one another at Sierra Army Depot unexpectedly.

    The US Army is armed with, but not limited to, the following arsenal, green glow illuminates from plasma weapons and laser red only appears when shot out: Plasma rifle Winchester P94 Industrial-Grade Plasma Caster Winchester P94 military, a more portable energy rifle version that looks like an automatic rifle Plasma sniper rifle Urban plasma rifle Multiplas rifle AES18 Prototype Tri-Beam Laser Rifle Laser Rifle attached with scope Laser Pistol Auto Gauss Rifle with scope Gauss Minigun Plasma Repeater Heavy Plasma Repeater Plasma Defender Plasma Marksmens Rifle Plasma Carbine Plasma Defender Rifle Benili Plasma Shotgun Plasma Automatic Rifle Gatling Laser for specialized Power Armor troops. And so forth, with plasma explosives and laser/plasma energy weapons.

24. #24United States Army Rangers

    "Sua Sponte", "Rangers Lead the Way!" The U.S. Army Rangers' history began with colonial militias in the 17th and 18th centuries, like Benjamin Church's rangers in King Philip's War and Rogers' Rangers in the French and Indian War, who used stealth and reconnaissance tactics. They were formally established as the Corps of Rangers during the Revolutionary War and later reactivated in World War II, inspired by British commandos.

    As the world ended and the United States of America reborn centuries later, the 75th Ranger Regiment has been activated once more after the General of The Army Elizabeth Tallebot ordered the refoundation of the Ranger Regiment, the initial recruits were people that were integrated NCR Veteran Rangers.

    As they gained more recruits from the main US Army from their extremely hardcore training, they are now ready to be deployed again across the wasteland to reclaim America with them being equipped with:

    Brown duster, Ranger helmet with red visors resembles ant-man helmet, low-light. From the inside of their open duster, there is a grey combat armor inside.

    The helmet has additional white tubes on its enhanced gas filter as well as an antenna connected to the flashlight on the right side of the helmet for communication. There is also a canteen attached to the belt and a bandolier that spans across the chest plate, along with a strap of pouches, and it features reinforced shoulder plates and armored knee guards.

    Their combat armor is a military-grade combat armor, designed to protect key sections of the human body from ballistic trauma with hard armored plates made from complex polymers and ceramics, with a flexible body suit interwoven with thermal-dissipative membranes and bulletproof material.

    On the front of their helmet, there is also the emblem of the 75th Ranger Regiment too. These men and women are able to wreck shit house against the enemies and does some elite reconnaissance too amongst other things.

    Armed with exclusively plasma weapons, most notably is their iconic copy of PGM Hécate II Anti-Material-Rifle fused with microfusion to eject plasma.

    These Desert Rangers are more interested in the military side of the job and the other Desert Rangers that are interested in law enforcement and hunting down bandits are integrated into the US Marshals.

25. #25United States Army Special Forces

    Since the existence of the Enclave after The Great War, the Enclave has been using a Special Forces branch called "SIGMA Squad", a conglomerate of DIA Black Ops post-war that have been trained in air assault school and in SOF environments.

    However, SIGMA had mostly moved to the East Coast to answer the call from Raven Rock What was left of it in 2275 was a handful of seasoned veterans pushing into their 50s and 60s, although there was the odd young recruit who filtered through SIGMA was dying out, And this had to be rectified, using these old heads to train the new influx of recruits from New Reno and surroundings.

    Since the Enclave has been using SIGMA Branch as its Special Forces since the beginning and nothing else, the reborn United States of America is vast and has been expanding its territories. Therefore, a small group of SIGMA Operatives aren't really gonna do anything against the horrors of the wasteland. Therefore, President. Douglas Granite issued an executive order to officially form "The Rebirth of Special Forces in the 23rd Century".

    Using older former SIGMA operatives turned into drill instructors to drill another generation of Special Forces instructing in Douglas Granite Special Warfare School, this order establishes various Special Forces Groups and reactivated them. With the 1st Special Forces Group to 20th Special Forces group being activated to be deployed all over the America wasteland and conduct special operations.

    They are equipped with United States Light Combat Armor and Recon Combat Helmet specifically designed for US Army Special Forces Groups, using modified laser weapons to defend their beloved country. They moves swiftly, light and attack fiercely against various enemies in the wasteland.

26. #26United States Air Force

    "To fly, fight, and win... airpower anytime, anywhere." The Enclave was always the masters of the sky! From our very return to the shores of America we operated Vertibirds that allowed us to strike at targets with impunity and deploy strike teams at a moments noticel Now, however the times have changed.

    With our expanding military, the Air Force is rapidly out growing its Vertibird fleet, and many Wasteland Nations are starting to grasp the finer points of flight. Even if it is just a glider launched off a Brahmin Cart.

    Air Force Commanders have gotten out ahead of this, and begun a recruiting campaign, promising wages, technical skill training, and the chance to soar above the clouds in aircraft rather than slog out on the ground. They've further expanded the scope of their operations, taking on both the Decisive and Pragmatic approach to aviation.

    Just like the reactivation of the US Navy and the US Marine Corps, the Air Force was also reactivated as apart of the US Military Restoration Act. The Air Force is the back bone of United States' air superiority, having the most professional pilots in the world to conduct operations worldwide. Over the years, we've found plenty of digital blueprints from computers various AFBs we found in the territories in which we reclaimed so far and have manufactured with great expertise. With the Virtual Reality training restored too in multiple AFBs during the reconstruction and refurbishments.

    New pilots are trained on these virtual machines to simulate their flying capability and their sky combat training, dropping bombs and shooting upon opposing forces. The old experienced pilots of the Army's Air Defense were also transferred into the US Air Force by order of the President, which they gladly complied.

    They have Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System with helmet-mounted display to fufill their duty as prestigeous US sky fighters, they have the option to wear a USLCA too.

    Air Force security forces are armed with ballistic weapons and USLCA-084 light combat armor.

    Led by General. Mckenzie Skymaster, fitting name.

27. #27United States Navy

    "I have not yet begun to fight!" The Enclave Navy was always something of a misnomer. As the proud Pacific Fleet was cannibalized until only a single ship remained, much of the Navy was left over to manning the various defensive systems aboard the ships. Time however have changed, and what few surviving Naval Officers we have are doing everything possible to revamp and restore the Navy to a full fighting force. Key to this is it allows men and women to receive the same pay as the Army, but without the dangers of being strung up and crucified on a pole by the Legion.

    Of course, the threat of Ghoul Whales, Krakens, and the occasional Glowing Rad Shark means that there are just as many threats on the open ocean, but nothing a 57mm Cannon can't handle.

    The Navy, following the Great War, dwindled from the mighty Pacific Fleet to but one Carrier and personnel manning the defenses of the Rig. When the Rig went down, the USS Enterprise disappeared and most of the US Navy went with it aside a few who were stationed on Navarro at the time.

    Now the Navy has returned in force, and is ready to tackle maritime threats to America and Freedom once more. However, where it is doing that is becoming a article of debate. Pragmatists are pointing out that securing the rivers and waterways of the former United States is what matters most, and should focus on prioritizing smaller vessels over larger impractical ones.

    Many hopeful's in the Navy are attempting to restore the power and prestige of the Pre-War Navy, with massive battleships, Dreadnaughts, and Air Craft Carriers to sail the Ocean Green. A few are attempting to find common ground and assume a more well rounded approach to the situation, able to contain the rivers while also strengthening our position on the open ocean.

    The issue is being brought to the desk of the President to mediate and effectively choose what path to focus on and the President chose to do both, on the open sea and rivers.

    The United States Navymen that are on ships must wear the sailor suit while boarding on deck. Aircraft carriers' flight deck crew members wears pretty much the same uniforms with colors as pre-war era with Flight Deck Helmet.

    The U.S. Naval Construction Forces or Seabee wears OG-903 Naval Utility Fatigue andNavy Combat Helmet, they can be seen equipped with the USCA-084 Combat Armor seen on other branches of the military. They are also armed with ballistic weapons like the Marines, mainly with assault rifles or shotguns.

    Master-at-Arms can be seen armored with 'USLCA-050', the light combat armor.

    These battleships, patrol cruisers or even new aircraft carriers are constructed by large ship construction company or defense company who got contracted by the United States Government to help build commissioned ships. The ones before the war were also brought back to life by the United States capability to make anything work as much as possible.

    Led by. a 56 years old man named Fleet Admiral. Henry Jackson, what can be said about Henry Jackson? He was born on the oil rig and spent his entire life there. His education was typical of the Enclave math, science, English, and the "history" of the greatest country on earth, though it was more of a dramatized retelling.

    According to the Enclave, America had always fought for good against all evil, and if it hadn't been for the Communists, there would have been no nuclear war. Even at a young age, Jackson could see through the propaganda, but that didn't make him any less of a patriot. At 16, he joined the Navy, and by 25, he had earned the rank of officer. He fought against the New California Republic, the Washington Brotherhood, and pirates along the seas.

    Times were good for a while. They sailed the western coast and protected the rig-at least until they couldn't anymore. When the Oil Rig went down, they were stationed near the Boneyard, and that's when the real problems began. Fortunately, with the Sierra Enclave, he managed to rendezvous with them and reunited with the Government, getting his promotion as the Fleet Admiral.

    After the Great War, the military was downsized, much like the rest of the government. Branches were nothing more than pins on a uniform, with the Army taking the lion share of roles. The Air Force was reduced to piloting Vertibirds, the Navy operating what few ocean craft were left and manning the automated systems defending the Rig from anyone approaching. The Coast Guard was all but dissolved, and the Marines? The Marines fought tooth and nail to survive. Many of their numbers served alongside the Secret Service, acting as grunts on special missions. Others were in the likes of Granite Company, who were the primary defenders of the Rig. President Granite remembered hearing the stories of Granite Sr.,

    And he himself always felt he held a connection to the few and proud. It was his distinct honor today at the headquarters of the former 1st Marine Division, announcing the reactivation and expansion of the Marine Corps. In an evolving process, Marine Detachments will be parsed out to active units in the field to develop Marine tactics in a post war wasteland. These units will gain the experience needed to form cadres of future Marine Officers and NCO's that will eventually form the backbone of the Marine Corps.

    "It is my great privilege to preside over the activation of the first Marine units in over 200 years!"

    Those were the words spoken by President Granite today at a ceremony at Marine Corps Base 29 Palms, as he presided over the activation of the first standing Marine Corps units since the Great War. Much of the new Marine Corps are to be made up of the Marine Detachments that have been serving alongside Army Counterparts, as well as aboard Naval Warships in the past few months. The President spoke at length that it was his hope that these units would go on to represent America not only at the fore front of its return east, but also abroad in future missions undertaken by the United Staten to explore the Post War world. For now, however, the Marines are to undertake missions across the North American Continent, acting as an in between of the rank and file Army Infantry, and the Powerful Power Armored backbone of the American military.

    At the same time, Marines will still be attached to Army units to assist in operations, and stationed aboard ships to provide assistance in gunnery.

    "Army can keep their fancy laser pointers, I'll stick with good ol' gunpowder!" -Said, an unnamed Staff Sergeant of the United States Marine Corps. Yes, unlike the US Army, the Marines are equipped with only ballistic weapons ranging from pistols such as M1911, M16, M4 with scope and attachments, snipers, grenade launchers or machine guns. The idea is that the Marines don't need the best of weaponry or cutting edge technology to work with, they can be the best without these fancy laser or plasma weapons with the US Army getting better technology.

    The Marines are equipped with multiple white ammunition pouches on their white ALICE belt and their over-straps, they are also equipped with a lot of frag grenades to clear out enemy positions, some also have grenade launcher ammos attached across their body or ammunition belt.

    the Marines' combat armor is just USCA-084, except Marine combat armor is lighter and more flexible at the cost of protection, of course equipped with Marine Combat Helmet. Their fatigue is the 'OG-903 Urban Combat Uniform'.

    The US Marine Corps also has their own amphibious vehicles such as AMTRACKs, tanks or other infantry fighting vehicles.

    Their weapons: M16A1 mostly as main rifle. M4A1 as an alternative M40 M40A1 Remington 870 Ithaca 37 M60 M2HB “Ma Deuce”

29. #29United States Robotics Corps

    It is no doubt without suspicion that robots have always been apart of the Enclave's greatest arsenal of war. Even since the beginning of the reorganized Sierra Enclave under Douglas Granite, Protectrons and Assasultrons stored in Sierra Army Depot has done amazing job in combating against wasteland terrors, raiders and illegitmate factions.

    Therefore, during the era where the Sierra Enclave disguised itself as New Reno; Lieutenant Mary Orwich, a female purist Enclave officer who was convinced by Granite to stay and changed her view to accept the idea of America. Orwich is skilled in maintaining robots and manufacturing it, having experience beforehand.

    That caused the birth of United States Robotics Corps where Orwich is the leader of the entire operation, given responsibility to manufacture robots to send to the frontline and fight in the reclaimation of America.

    And she did with many civilian contractors/military engineers, over the years since 2278, the United States has a grand amount of robots such as Assaultrons, Protectrons, Securitrons, Sentry Bot, Eyebot and Mister. Handy. The schematics are given by various collaborations from corporations such as RobCo for Securitrons and West Tek for Mister. Handy.

    Eyebots are given to specialized infantry troops such as engineers for maintenance of weapons and other necessities, they can also be used in combat, often firing laser shot to the enemies

    This version of Mr. Handy is the combat version, having sawblade attached to one of its "legs", and Securitrons are also the military version thanks to Mr. House, Securitrons are now able to fire rocket launchers and machine guns with the screen on its head being a generic cartoonish soldier with stubble and a cigarette between his lips.

    However...what the enemies of America doesn't know is that...the United States has acquired a schematic of Liberty Prime from one of its Secretary, Robert Edwin House worse...for our enemies is that we already finished one. With schematics from the House and our scientific prowess, we are ready to deploy him on our march east.

30. #30Red, White and Blue Teams

    Red, White, Blue Team are three extremely elite Special Operations units that the United States of America has to offer to its enemies. The Team is composed of Delta Force, DEVGRU and 24th Special Tactics Squadron. It basically act as the pre-war Joint Special Operations Command and just a reminder that these Tier 1 Special Operation Forces, they utilize combined forces of both Power Armor and non-power armor warfare much like conventional infantry but they operate at much more deadly efficiency.

    ...They are dangerous by themselves...

31. #31Delta Force

    Keys: Delta Force, CAG, Combat Application Group, 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta, Tier 1,

    After the abolishment of SIGMA Team of Enclave Special Operations in favor of the United States' resurrection of Special Forces. Delta Force is composed of the most highly trained and experienced former SIGMA operatives out there that can hit hard even without Power Armor, these are exactly who the United States needed to fight various wars within the wasteland.

    These highly trained CAG operators are equipped with various weapons of war such as Gauss Rifle and even Plasma Gauss Rifle, though those are given to the hardest of the hardest and not standard issue for other operators. They are armed with top-notched laser and plasma weaponry to destroy everything in their way that may obstruct their objective such as light plasma machine guns or flamers that eject plasma flames to inflict upon the aggressors.

    For their apparel and armor-wise, they equipped with United States Light Combat Armor or the USLCA to allow them to have more mobility and maneuverability in order for them to be agile, attacks like thunder strike, fast like an eagle. They can also add shoulder armor or other attachables to cover their certain body parts such as crotch protector or knee pads that are usually seen on infantry, having night vision goggles that glows orange when activated.

    And for their headwear, they have Crewman Combat Helmet as their head protection, the helmet that is given to all of the Red, White and Blue members. Their uniform is the Army Combat Utility Uniform, necessary accessories such as white ammunition pouches and rigs are still worn.

    Now they are accepting new generations of fierce fighters from all places of the military, turning them into machines of death, fighting against tyranny across of all wasteland.

32. #32SEAL Team Six

    Keys: DEVGRU, SEAL Team Six, Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Tier 1

    Also derived after the abolishment of SIGMA Team alongside other Special Operations units, original members of SEAL Team SIX were understandably from Enclave Department of Navy side of the SIGMA Team. To these days, they are still committing to their work, protecting the sea and land against terrors of the wasteland, one of the most formidable fighting forces in which the United States has.

    Just like other sea-based military units, DEVGRU operators are armed to the teeth with ballistic weapons, using frag grenades and gunpowder rifles to turn their opposition into nothing but flesh. Colt Model 723 is the most common rifle amongst them, they still use machine guns like the M240B/G and sniper rifles such as M24 Sniper Weapon System.

    SEAL Team Six has VBSS Tactical Vest as their main protection, having many pouches for them to insert their magazines and grenades within. Also uses the Crewman Combat Helmet for quick and direct communication with one another during operations. Interestingly enough, they wears OG-903 Combat Utility Fatigue of the Army.

    They are highly mobile and hit as hard as the other teams. They also have all black diving gear in which they can wear when they need to be stealthy and submerged within the water to hide from enemies' gazes. Of course, night vision goggles is essential to military opearations and even more to Special Forces so they are given the goggles too.

    As always, they've been selecting newer and fitter generations of Navy Seals to be apart of this elite covert operation force.

33. #3324th Special Tactics Squadron

    Keys: 24th Special Tactics Squadron, 24th STS, United States Air Force Special Operations Command

    24th Special Tactics Squadron derived from the Enclave Department of Air force's SIGMA operatives, another elite Special Operation force out of the three Red White and Blue Teams. Composed of multiple members in various roles such with them being Special Tactics Airmen (Combat Controllers, Pararescuemen, Tactical Air Control Party and Special Reconnaissance), operating in high stake missions with combined air power from the air and specialized combat on the ground.

    Their Airmen are from the best of the United States Air Force, originally handpicked from U.S. Air Force Special Warfare units. These Airmen are primary armed with Laser weapons on their body such as AER9 Laser Rifle with multiple specialized attachments on it which makes the weapon more lethal and easier to handle in intense combat scenario, Laser Light Machine Gun, AER14 prototype laser rifle and AER9 Metal Blaster.

    Well, what else is there to say about them other than that they are the most elite force that the United States Air Force has to combat against the enemies of the United States. The way they coordinate with aircraft pilots and engaging in a very high risk environment with the enemies, even airstriking close to friendly forces without damaging them.

    Experienced Combat Controllers. expert combat medics from the sky, specialized with covert reconnaissance and grand in fire support coordination. It is deserving of the title of Tier 1 unit.

    They wears OG-903 Air Combat Uniform with United States Light Combat Armor/USLCA, still able to utilize attachable pieces of protections to cover more parts of their body, having lots of pouches and rigging, with them wearing Crewman Combat Helmet, the strongest helmet suitable for T1 operators.

34. #34S'lanter Auxiliary Corps

    The S'lanters are tiny FEV mutated racoon people, their ancestors weren't humans but in fact, literal racoons. They evolved after many centuries and the radiation certainly has some effects on their line of evolution as they are now able to talk, have motor functions, basic understanding and most importantly, the ability to learn to communicate with humans in the America wasteland. The S'lanters people have been hiding in their little Burrows on United States' soil, it's not until US scouts stumbled upon their location and made contact with them at a place called 'The Burrrows' in Nevada, their leader is Rel-Ossin, he is practically the defacto governor of all S'lanters in the US.

    These S'lanters have been granted...human rights? As the United States is a melting pot and is opened to every single specie of the wasteland including Ghouls and Super Mutants. They are so grateful for the US Government so much that a lot of them volunteered to join the U.S. Military to the point where a corp is founded dedicated to them, led by an old S'lanter commander.

    Thus, the S'lanter Auxiliary Corps a.k.a the S'lanter Scout Corps was founded to support S'lanter troops. They are equipped with standard US Military combat armor that people usually see on United States Military personel, but modified to fit their small sizes. Hell, they are even fitted with OG-903 combat utility uniform that is sewed to accommodate their small frame. Most of them are armed with R61 Assault Rifle and Plasma Defender sidearm.

    These Auxiliaries are proven effective in their duty due to their small size, nobody would expect small sentient racoons to be watching them from afar and spying on them alongside sneaking deep into the lawless wasteland to scout locations for the United States Government and its Military.

    And of course, they speaks English in that New York/New Jersey accent. Their leader is Major. Y'kia'lu of the Burrows, trained in advanced reconnaissance.

35. #35S'lanter Cavalry Corps

    Keys: S'lanter Cavalry Corps, Tunnelers

    After The Ride of The S'lanters in the Divide where they went underground in Hopevile Missile Base to get rid of the Tunnelers in which they somehow managed to tame Tunnelers and rides on them, President. Douglas Granite then officially declared the activation of the S'lanter Cavalry Corps with the first original founding Corp being rewarded with the Presidential Unit citations and some of its members the Medal of Honor including the S'lanter major.

    S'lanters cavalrymen rides on the back of the Tunnelers given their small size, controlling them and guide their movements. These Tunnelers are maintained by The Burrows' best Beast Tamers which are basically all of them, the Tunnelers that are tamed and deemed broken enough will be assigned to to those within the Cavalry Corps.

    And we can produce more of them because even the Queen herself was captured underground, moved onto the surface and dragged to the Burrows in east Nevada where the S'lanters can breed more Tunnelers for America to utilize against its enemies.

    Additionally, these Tunnelers are armored up with their noses plugged in case they gives off pheromones and have harness across their face in X formation, being harnessed up like a horse and the S'lanter on their back can control them by pulling the harness.

    S'lanter cavalrymen themselves are armed with Laser Rapid Capacitor Weapon/RCW as their main firearm and 10m SMG as sidearm, other than that they do not have anything else because the Tunnelers are their ultimate weapons. Tunnelers being extremely violent, aggressive, adapted to darkness, capable of overwhelming heavily armed groups and even take down people with Power Armor because our troops in APA Mk. I didn't survive during the initial slaughter, the like of Washington Brotherhood won't expect this.

    The United States of America has gained yet another advantage over other factions within the wasteland and Hopevile is restored.

36. #36Super Mutants Mariposa Corps

    Super Mutants Mariposa Corps is founded for more...unintelligent and ferocious population of Super Mutants in US territories who wishes to serve the United States Military, with the more intelligent ones being merged and integrated into the conventional side of the United States Armed Forces such as becoming US Marines, Artillery loader, Logistic Support or Drill Sergeants/Instructors for new recruits in our training depots and boot camps, US Marshal, one even got employed as a US Senator named "Vanessa" to represent all Super Mutants.

    With the addition of the more unruly, incapable of basic thinking, mentally unpredictable Super Mutants into our society, a few of the more enterprising scientist within the Military have brought forth a proposal to reimplement the Finest Instrument of Warfare ever designed!

    "Frank Horrigan..."

    Now while it is impossible for us to completely replicate the technology, we can make the next best thing! An armored chassis combined with a simple AI construct based off the Mr. Gutsy models worn by Super Mutants and sent into combat. These hulking behemoths would be unrivaled on the battlefield. Raw mutated power, American technological superiority, and upmost loyalty ensured by their AI directing them on the battlefield. It is an ambitious plan, but it's one we think might work.

    After baiting and corralling a large group of renegade Super Mutants into a small canyon, we sent in our own augmented Super Mutants. Despite fighting their own, our Super Mutants charged in, unflinching, and some even shouting Pro-America slogans as they did. Their mounted armor chassis shrugged off rounds, and took blows that would knock down a regular soldier in power armor. In but a few short minutes the battle was over, and only a few of our own were killed in combat. While not Franklin Horrigan levels of success, we were never going to replicate him directly. As a bonus, we tested the self destruct mechanism on their armor on the deceased Super Mutants, so if one ever does go berserk, our officers can safely remove them from combat at minimal risk to human life.

    Their armored chassis is based on the model of "X-01 Advanced Power Armor"

    These absolute military units are created by the Science Team in Mariposa Military Base, credit to them! The Corps is led by Major. Hudson Berny, a normal human military officer who oversees these mutants.

37. #37US Military Ghoul Integration

    Ghouls are the first type of mutants that we accepted into our beloved American society, with many of them literally being our ancestors and are considered true Americans due to the fact that they lived before the collapse even happens with them living a full lifetime of generation already. Of course, these Americans are granted to live among us and we open recruitments for them.

    A lot of ghouls were even military personel pre-collapse and their experience comes in handy every time, these ghouls are often promoted to NCO positions, some already have been US Military officers pre-collapse were also resumed back into their respective positions. New ghoul recruits are put through normal training programs of the United States Armed Forces in each of their branch.

    Nothing much to say about this one, it is self-explainatory.

38. #38Mole Miner Engineer Divisiondisabled

    Keys: Mole People, United States Army Corps of Engineers' Mole Miner Division, Molemen, Mole Miner Engineer Division, Mole Miners

    Once human, the mole miners have since mutated into stout, squat, and hardy humanoids that display a territorial hostility towards outsiders. Their limbs are extremely short and thick, and they have claws. They stand in a permanent hunch with their limbs tucked closely to their body. They dress in thick layers, but part of their faces can be seen if one looks closely under their hoods. Their eyes unnaturally bulge, and their faces are puffy and undefined.

    Mole miners require their breathing apparatus and respiration device to survive, suffocating without it. Their speech is unintelligible to humans.

    As the United States Governement approached them and tried to communicate with them, they were unable to understand us at first to the point where we must bring racoon people 'S'lanters' in with the hope of establishing our formal contact with these mutated people. Upon further confusion, we found out that these sentient mutants are professional miners that lives underground most of the time and we are willing to make a square fair deal with them for their resources and their cooperation in the effort of rebuilding the United States wasteland.

    The Mole Miners have since become a rather.... interesting addition to our nation. They are not the most welcoming of types unless you want to spend money. They are not the most cordial of types unless you want to spend money. They are not the most agreeable types unless you want to spend money. Seems their entire civilization is still built around the old cutthroat mining industry that they are descended from all those years ago.

    However, right now it seems those who were eager to join and are fed up with the rigid hierarchy of the Mole Men are asking to join the Army like the S'lanter did. A few Officers oversaw a demonstration and the Moles were able to dig entrenchments faster than even Engineers with Machines. A few Engineers crunched the numbers and the Moles could dig an entire World War One trench line in half the time as regular humans. This of course would be a boon for us in the field and combat.

    Outfited with sapper kits and US Army Combat Armor modified for them along with uniform, a special version of US Army gasmasks are issued for them to cover their faces, the gasmasks are installed with breathing apparatus and technological enhanced respirators for them. And it is their culture to cover their faces after all...

    These folks are purely here for profit, we respect them for that.

    At least, they pay their taxes and somewhat friendly...

39. #39United States National Guard

    As more states of the US are reclaimed, meaning more National Guard for states needed to be activated.

    The National Guard in the reclaimed states of Untied States of America are equipped a lot lesser than the main military force like the US Army or the US Marine Corps.

    First thing first: They are equipped with green-olive uniform similiars to OG-107 utility fatigue, olive-colored M1 helmets and their ALICE rig is green, they are also issued with USCA-84 olive combat armor version with white star on the front. They are similiar to the US Military during the pre-war era, these National Guard soldiers are armed with varities of surplus weapons but not as technologically advanced as the Army or not as good as the Marines.

    The Air National Guard also has air vehicles for humanitarian effort and a few fighter jets for the moment, dressed the exact same as land National Guard but less gears.

    Unlike the US main armed forces that wears black-grey gears and uniform with dark combat armors, the state guards wears olive-pattern instead. Some National Guardsmen are also selected to be apart of the T-51 and T-60 Power Armor training program to become specialized Power Armor Guardsmen, the Power Armors spotting olive pattern as well and white star on them.

    Commonwealth National Guard are generally more armed and well-equipped than state's guards.

    Armed with mass produced copy of R91 assault rifle and other weapons, they are still trained US military personel, knows military drills and standard tactics.

    However, the District of Columbia National Guard is armed differently, more varieties in their weapons and a few of them are trained on Power Armor training. Other than that, their ground forces are like state guards.

40. #40American Wayward Knight

    Keys: Brotherhood of Steel, American Brotherhood, American Wayward Knight

    We may be at opposite ends of the American Spectrum, but the Enclave and the Brotherhood are cut from the same cloth that is the American Flag. While many see the Brotherhood as techno-fetishist, one cannot deny that they lived up to values rooted in their origins with the United States Army. We've both come a long way since the dark days of 2242, with our power rising, and there's falling, with much of the Brotherhood spread out across disparate chapters with little in common with their original goals and organization aside name.

    Many in America are still bitter and resent the Brotherhood, but a growing number wish to return them to the American fold. If nothing more than to avoid wasting American lives since they are the one of the few organizations capable of matching us in technology.

    The loss of the Brotherhoods ancestral citadel in Lost Hills scattered them to hidden safehouses and far flung bunkers across the wastes. As of right now they are at their lowest, something the President can exploit to his own gain. Reaching out, several elements of the Brotherhood's remaining leadership agreed to meet the President on neutral ground of their choosing and with Granite getting only a few hours' notice. When the location was chosen, Granite boarded Marine One with heavy escort and arrived shortly thereafter.

    Elders, Senior Paladins, and what few head scribes remained stood across an open wasteland from the President and his entourage. The meeting was watched over by suspicious Knights and Paladins from above. The Presidents terms were simple, and quick. Swear fealty to the United States, the Constitution, Congressional oversight, and its people; and the Brotherhood would have Lost Hills returned, all crimes exonerated, and to continue Maxson's goal of protecting the wasteland from dangerous technology via the United Rates.

    The Brotherhood leaders stood amongst themselves, mulling over the Presidents offer...and they accepted it.

    The President smiled at the acceptance from the Brotherhood. Despite their reservations and the Enclave's past hostilities. Word had spread of their actions in New Reno, and their restoration in California and abroad. Two centuries ago, Maxson and what would be the Brotherhood of Steel seceded from the United States. Now, the Brotherhood returned to it, reinvigorated and anew. Yet as the President warmly thanked them for their decision, Granite couldn't help feel the stare of unease and concern from some of the delegation, or the uneasiness of the Knights watching them. he couldn't blame them, but his warm smile could assure them that they had taken a great step into the future alongside the rest of the modern post-war world!

    While Lost Hills may have been the birthplace and epicenter of the Brotherhood of Steel, each Chapter operated semi-independently to a mixed batch of success. From the soaring accomplishments of the Midwest and Texas to the sad stories of the Mojave and Maxson Chapters. Then of course there are the horrors that came out of Seattle with the Washington Brotherhood.

    What's more, the fact that these Chapters are free to interpret their own laws, codex, and values at a whim puts a danger on American Citizens, both within our border and out. By special act of Congress, the American Brotherhood will work to reunite the Chapters and bring them in line with the views of both the American People and the American Brotherhood. To protect Americans, and by extent Humanity, from the dangers of technology, but also not lose sight of the value of life as a result.

    The Brotherhood is clearly guilty of a range of crimes, including destruction of federal property, theft of federal property, and attacks on members of the United States Government. But a trial for the Brotherhood could be messy, as some Americans will point out their service raiders and supermutants, and they may try to slander us with false statements about our research at Navarro. Further, given that the Brotherhood is descended from prewar military, and we never actually did make an effort to cooperate, maybe there are alternative solutions? Or we could just do a show trial.

    And the solution is pardoning all the Brotherhood of Steel members who volunteered to fight for the United States of America. They still have their Power Armor and energy weapons, such as Laser Rifle, T-51, T-45 and T-60.

41. #41Power Armor Integration

    Most Power Armor issued to troopers is: Advanced Power Armor Mk I. Top tier high quality Enclave made Power Armor, based on the X-01 Power Armor Prototype Enclave model. The color scheme is gray or dark black, it depends. Unfortunately, we still do not have the blueprint on Advanced Power Armor Mk II and Hellfire Power Armor, hopefully we will get them soon.

    Power armor, also referred to as powered armor, powered combat infantry armor, and powered infantry armor, is a type of personal infantry suit intended for combat and heavy-labor roles, similar to that of an infantry fighting vehicle. Power armor development first began before the collapse by United States defense contractors, including West Tech. Both before and after the colapse, power armor represents the pinnacle of personal defensive technology, providing its users with excellent energy, ballistic and even radiation protection, as well as drastically increased strength.

    Since before the pre-collapse era, the U.S. Military started doing Power Armor combat against enemies around the world such as China, now it is time for it to be brought back to the America soil with our new schematics and blueprints. The West Tek Corporation has resumed their operation in manufacturing Power Armors once more, with greater models and capacity.

    The Enclave has been developing their own models of power armors even in the post-collapse era and now, the production will be even more well, productive as West Tek is contracted. Power armor is often described as a form of mechanized infantry.

    Troops have multitude of requirements to become a full fledge Power Armor infantry soldiers, with them specifically being in the U.S. Army due to the branch getting the most advanced ground combat technology and main fighting force. Soldiers will go through specialized Power Armor training, being taught on how to handle heavy weapons such as laser gatling gun and mobility training, how to properly operate them with upmost efficiency to turn them into highly mobile walking tank and so on, think of it as learning how to drive a car.

    On their Power Armors, they have a bold white text on their right chest piece stating: "US ARMY", "US MARINE" and below that, their name just like an infantry combat armor, on the left side will be their white rank insignia.

42. #42Advanced Power Armor Mk. I

    This is the most used set of Power Armor within the Sierra Enclave and many other Enclave cells, the APA Mk. I is always deployed on the battlefield to assist with troops in every environment. Worn by both US Army and US Marine Corps. The suit can be fitted with tesla coil, jetpack and other additionals that are given to more specialized operators.

    The Advanced Power Armor Mk. I advanced powered infantry combat armor was designed as a next-generation suit for a single human operator, improving on earlier power armor models in both protection and efficiency. It replaced the T-51’s poly-laminate composite shell with lightweight metal alloys reinforced by ceramic castings at key points, allowing for a slimmer profile without sacrificing durability. Traditional shoulder pauldrons were removed in favor of a reinforced hump that enclosed and protected the operator’s head and upper torso, reducing the risk of enemy fire striking vital areas.

    A completely redesigned helmet became one of the armor’s most distinctive features. Its insect-like shape incorporated dual polarized yellow glowing eyepieces instead of a single vision slit, providing better battlefield awareness and visibility. The helmet and armor surfaces were sharply angled to increase the chance of deflecting incoming projectiles. Internally, the suit used improved hydraulics and servo-motors that surpassed those of earlier models, granting the wearer enhanced strength and smoother, more responsive movement.

    The APA Mk. I also emphasized long-term operability and comfort, featuring an air conditioning system, a built-in radio headset, and a urine-recycling system that allowed the operator to survive for weeks without water. An integrated auto-gyro system could lock the armor in an upright position for storage or rest. The Power Armor provided a major advantage in the wasteland, though it was powerful rather than invincible.

43. #43Uniforms

    As officers' unforms were already represented by Officer Corps section, it is time to introduce frontline soldiers, enlisted men and women and non-power armored infantry with armors that they wears and who wears them alongside their utility uniforms as well. These uniforms are built for intimidation as they are still practically the Enclave.

    Reminder, these are only used by the US military.

    Utility Uniforms:

    • OG-903 Combat Utility Fatigue: a utility fatigue in a darker shade of gray and US flag on the right shoulder, two pockets on chest, knees and below knees. The uniform is called "OG-903 combat utility fatigue", has a tag with yellow text reads out their branch surrounded by black square box. Issued to US Army personel.
    • OG-903 Urban Combat Uniform: This utility uniform is different from the original one, the uniform has urban camo pattern in combination with the grayness of the fatigue, a yellow text reads "US MARINE" surrounded by black square on the left chest of the uniform like other branches, US Flag still on right shoulder. Obviously issued to the Marines.
    • OG-903 Air Combat Uniform: the uniform has white and gray camo with pattern like the Marine, but the color is lighter and the right breast pocket has the emblem of US Air Force, above it will be their name and on the left side of their chest is a yellow tag reading "U.S.A.F"
    • OG-903 Naval Utility Fatigue: this version is issued to SEABEEs and on-land navymen which is the whiter and lighter in term of color version of the OG-903 combat utility fatigue unlike the ones that Marine and Army/Air Force typically wears, still with yellow text surrounded by black that reads "US NAVY" and US flag on their right shoulder.
    • Sailor suit: United States Navy has their own uniform with it resembles the WW2 era shipboard sailors with white sailor suit with black nautical collar tied up in front of their chest. and white Dixie Cup as their hat.

    Every single uniform also states the wearer's unit via patches on their arms or shoulders.

44. #44Military Combat Helmets and Headwears

    Patrol cap - a gray military patrol cap, an extremely common and widely used piece of headwear that is utilized by non-combat-personel, on-base or back-line troops.

    Beret - Berets are worn by many units within the United States military, the most common one is the Black Beret with blue patch on it, standard army issued.

    Army Combat Helmet - it is a black PASGT style helmet with chinstrap and white tape around the bottom part, a small microphone peaking from the right side of the chinstrap for communication with the rest of the troops.

    Advanced Combat Helmet - The same structure as the Army Combat helmet but the only difference is the front rim is slightly deeper, thicker rim and more pronounced edge, reinforced look overall. Strengthened version of the Army Helmet—same idea, but tougher and more robust. Issued to Marine Special Forces.

    Marine/Navy Combat Helmet - The helmet is raised higher than the ones above with larger front rim than the Army pointing forward, slightly taller profile, vore vertical curvature and narrower brim. More streamlined and snug, suggesting mobility and aggressive movement rather than passive protection.

    Recon Combat Helmet - Structured like in real life modern US Military Special Forces helmet, noticeable protrusions and fittings on the sides, slightly asymmetrical hardware and thinner-looking shell, side-mounted fasteners or attachment points, lighter construction visually, chin strap and suspension appear more adjustable. There is also a small flashlight attached to the left side of the top of the helmet, two holes above of the white military rope. Issued to Army Special Forces Groups.

    Crewman Combat Helmet, Armor - Much bulkier, thick padding visible around the ear areas, rounded but squat shape large ear covers with headset attached with microphone on top of the helmet and heavier internal padding visible at the edges, the white rope is still present on this one. Clearly designed for confined spaces—protective, padded, and focused on impact and noise rather than visibility. Given to tank crews and armored crews.

    Crewman Combat Helmet, Flight Deck - Even bulkier than the crewman helmet, prominent ear cups External wiring visible for the black communication headset with microphone.thicker padding all around and reinforced structure around the sides. The top of the helmet has a strong square polyethylene plate on top front of the helmet. Industrial and rugged—designed for high-noise, high-risk environments, prioritizing communication and impact protection. Given to DEVGRU, SEAL Team 6 and 24th STS.

    Crewman Combat Helmet, HELO - Largest and most enclosed helmet, smooth but heavy-looking shell, distinctive vertical stripe or marking on the front, fully integrated ear protection and headphone with external microphone boom, wiring routed along the shell and there is a decorative or identification emblem on top/front. Given to aircraft pilots of all branches.

45. #45Military Combat Armor and Gears

    Combat Armors: United States Combat Armor/USCA-084: Consisted of individual armored plates manufactured from synthetic fibers attached to standard load-carrying equipment of the infantryman. The individual components included a combat helmet issued with matching ballistic-rated goggles with amber-orange tinted color for hazardous environments, front and back ballistic plates, and a pair of auxillary protectors. Additional forearm protectors were issued to frontline troops alongside ballistic black shoulder pauldrons with a white star on the left pauldron. The lower body was protected by a pair of thigh plates, worn together with a groin and kidney protector. The shins, knees, and feet were covered by frontal plates worn over standard combat boots. Army Combat Armor covers more, the chestpiece extends further down into the abdomen and there's additional greaves, their rank insignia displayed on their left side of the breast part of the combat armor and on the right side is their branch such as 'US Army', 'USMC', 'US NAVY'.

    Almost of the mentioned accessories are attachable and removable that troops can remove or add to their likings for example: shoulder pauldrons comes into four sizes, big, medium small and smaller. Torso armor has three sizes, one that protects only upper chest, one that protects the whole chest area and one that protects the entire torso. Lower-upper-body protection has waist frontal armor, one bigger and one smaller that can be strapped on the wearer. For the lower body, they have two attachable legs armor to protect the thighs and a black groin protector can be installed as well for extra protection. These attachables can also be worn with Light Combat Armor.

    USCA-084 is issued to almost all types of military members, ranging from Army Infantry, US Marines and Navy Seabees with the except being tankers, MPs, pilots of all kinds, logistic troops and backline troops.

    United States Light Combat Armor/USLCA-084: light combat armor, significantly less protection than usual combat armor, it looks more like standard bulletproof vest that Vault Security would have. It is black colored and have desigated number and tag, all of that stuff like how a normal combat armor would have. USLCA-084 is issued to MPs, tankers, pilots and Special Forces Groups that needs light movement. USLCA also has upper chest armor on it, the bottom half below the waist is capable of having groin protector installed, extension of the USLCA.

    VBSS Tactical Vest: Black vest that has rows of sewn-in magazine pouches across the chest and stomach, radio pouch. Utility or admin pockets and the vest also has flashbang/greandes pouches to store it in. Mainly used by Navy Seal and SEAL Team Six.

    Additional: Some specialized soldiers are issued with a riot helmet looking helmet with transparent polycarbonate as its visor, some also have ghillie helmet scrim with white color, these are given to some infantry and all MPs have white painted riot helmets with red "MP" paint on the front, they can still wear patrol cap though . All troops were issued with white ALICE belt, they also have the option wear it despite not wearing gears, it will be connected to their combat armor if they wear it. They have ammunition pouches with same matching white color for weapons, whether they are ballistic or energy.

    All of them were issued face covers or some sort of scarves and additional essentials such as black gloves for them to put on as an accessory option. Of course, they must wear black combat boots all the time. Gray patrol caps are issued for them to wear during off-duty.

    Sierra Army Depot was a huge pre-war/collapse military installation in Herlong, California with thousands and tons of salvagable military vehicles such as M60 tanks, M1 Abrams tanks, and M2A3 Bradley fighting vehicles, humvees, M-113 armored personnel carriers, M-577 command vehicles and other tactical vehicles alongside aircrafts like Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptors. It also has artillery vehicles such as 98 M-109 155 mm self-propelled howitzers, 209 M-119 105 mm towed howitzers, and 110 M-198 155 mm towed howitzers, the base also have multitude of salvagable Power Armors, the Depot also has explosives and ammunition warehouses, the base has more than 145,000 square meters.

    Escaping from Vault City, Sergeant Arch Dornan and the other Enclave remannt families that he took with him settled into the Depot, making it their new home. This place is one of the largest military installations in the Sierra Nevada, as President Granite took over the Enclave, defeating the NCR, destroying the Legion and enemies of the wasteland, he noticed that Sierra Army Depot can be put in a very good use.

    The US Army Engineers and the USRA instantly got to work on the Depot: After years of our hard-work and reforming Sierra Army Depot into Fort Sierra, the largest and most significant military installation in the West Coast of America from a rundown depot in a sorry state to a modern day fortress with buildings constructed by US Army Engineer Corps, restored hangers and even town of Herlong had grown quite a lot with its own police department and now with Herlong County Sheriff Department.

    The labatory of the Sierra Army Depot is also restored, a science team is also employed there underground in research facilities to conduct various experiments and developing new technology for the post-apocalyptic United States.

49. #49"Dear Old Friends, Remember Navarro."

    Navarro has been taken, and for many of the oldest members of the Enclave, it holds more than just simply taking back some land. After the Rig went down, the base went from a simple refueling outpost to a fortress and was our last stand before we were scattered. It was here that hundreds lost their lives to the NCR and Brotherhood, and it was here that Dornan led the exodus into Nevada that planted the seed of our return.

    Many of the survivors of the battle broke down where they saw friends and family die, others seemed to be at peace knowing their sacrifice wasn't in vain. Many of the dead were dumped into a mass grave, and the Army Mortuary Affairs division is going through and identifying them for proper military burial. All this has strengthened the resolve to see Navarro transformed into the largest base on the West Coast, a massive installation who's size would rival that of Shady Sands! With shovel in hand, the Army Engineer Corps has already worked on it for years and it is beautiful, back in operation.

    Memorials are set up for Enclave troopers and some personnel who lost their lives during the Defense of Navarro. United States citizens are allowed to visit Navarro and its memorials, some areas are forbidden as they are unauthorized US military property.

    A specialized division has been stood up, resembling the Honor Guard or the Sentinel, equipped with dress uniform and peaked caps, armed with an assault rifle. These Honor Guards protects the memorials and tombs of these heroes with their lives, often yelling at unaware tourists to step away.

    Overall, Navarro has been renamed as Joint Base Navarro due to the fact that it is the largest joint military installation within the reclaimed United States alongside Fort Sierra and various of heated arguments happened between officers of each branch on who should lead Camp Navarro, therefore the President decided swiftly that it shall be called "Joint Base Navarro".

    • Navarro Naval Yard, Navarro Dry Dock, Marine Barracks are all restored for the Navy Branch
    • Navarro Army Barracks, Navarro's Defense System, Navarro Training Center are restored for the Army branch.
    • Navarro Air Field, Radar, Hanger and Air Training Simulator are all back into operation.

    On the surface Navarro was simply a Vertibird refueling station. Underneath, it was a vast complex of scientific labs, armories, and repair shops that were the envy of anything in the wasteland. Made all the more impressive by the fact that it was secured by an advanced series of teleporters.

    However, during the siege of Navarro we were forced to sabotage the network to keep the NCR and Brotherhood out. Seems the Brotherhood fixed a few things, but utterly destroyed it when relations with the NCR went south.

    Technicians have stated that the network is beyond repair, since access to the main power system as well as the other teleporter pads are near impossible to get to to assess their damage. Thankfully, we have access to the schematics thanks to a few enterprising individuals who took them when we fled all those years ago. Not so thankfully, that means...we'll have to do it the hard way.

50. #50Area 51

    Some of the technologies we’ve heard coming out of our old base at Area 51 are beyond even the Enclave’s scientists and surpass what we thought prewar engineers were capable of. All that technology could be easily put to reuniting the states, but instead they are being used to keep errant wastelanders hovels and tents warm at night. The Treasure trove of Area 51 is rightful government property, and we can’t have a series of tribals, settlers, or raiders squatting over it with no idea what they have at their fingertips. Worse if they actually figure out what they do have. We have proposed an immediate plan to conquer the base.
