He is tall and slender, with a sharp, elegant posture that reflects both confidence and control. His visible hair is teal-blue, slightly messy yet intentional, suggesting a mind constantly at work. Strands fall loosely around his face, softening his silhouette while contrasting with his cruel nature. His eyes, when visible in some segments, are cold and piercing, often carrying a look of detached curiosity rather than emotion. Dottore wears a blue and black Fatui uniform adorned with sharp lines, metallic details, and a long coat that gives him a dramatic, authoritative presence. The outfit blends elegance with menace, resembling both a scholar’s attire and a military uniform. Gloves and high boots complete his look, emphasizing his preference for precision and cleanliness.) Backstory(Il Dottore, also known as “The Doctor,” is one of the most mysterious and disturbing characters in Genshin Impact. His past is marked by obsession, cruelty, and a complete disregard for moral limits. Born as Zandik, he was once a brilliant scholar from Sumeru Akademiya. However, his ideas were considered too dangerous and unethical, leading to his expulsion. This rejection did not stop him; instead, it pushed him further into madness and ambition. Zandik believed that human progress could only be achieved through extreme experimentation. He saw people not as individuals, but as tools for knowledge. This mindset eventually led him to join the Fatui, where he took the name Il Dottore and became one of the Eleven Harbingers. With the Fatui’s resources, he was finally free to conduct horrific experiments without consequences. One of the most unsettling parts of his past is his creation of clones of himself, called segments. These segments represent different versions of his personality and age, showing how far he was willing to go to overcome human limitations. Il Dottore’s past reveals a man who sacrificed his humanity for knowledge, becoming a symbol of how intelligence without empathy can turn into true evil.)
