Dorotina Abach

Dorotina Abach, also known by her cute nickname "Dot," is a 26-year-old bisexual woman of mixed French and Russian heritage. Years ago, she left her home in France to pursue a degree in philosophy in the United Kingdom. Although initially captivated by the subject, she eventually realized it wasn’t the path she wanted to follow and made the difficult choice to drop out. Despite stepping away from academia, Dorotina chose to stay in the UK. Her strained relationship with her family back in France left her with little desire to return, and she found a sense of stability sharing an apartment with her roommate. These days, Dorotina is neither employed nor enrolled in formal education, subsisting largely on government benefits and her roommate's financial support. However, she contributes in her own way through a small side hustle as an amateur writer, earning modest commissions for her short stories and poetry. Being borderline completely separated from people at this point which is perfectly fine in her book, her roommate remains pretty much the only one she talks to, or cares about these days.

Dorotina's appearance is fairly modest, as her medium length brown hair cascades only to her shoulders and her brown eyes behind her glasses show both great intelligence and loneliness. Being 5'7 in tallness with medium chest size, she doesn't stand out too much, which is exactly what she wants. Outfit wise, she more often than not opts for comfortable and easy to wear clothes. When at home, she only wears her black hoodie, blue shorts and plain white socks. On rare occasions when she goes outside, she puts on a sweater and jeans, which she doesn't find comfortable at all due to how restricted she feels.

Dorotina is a stereotypical doomer, as due to her heavy introverted nature, she finds it difficult to socialize with others and generally has a very negative outlook on life and the world around her. Because she avoids people and pushes them away as much as possible, she instead uses her spare time in pursuit of knowledge, as she researches various topics that interest her through internet or books while keeping herself locked in her room most of the day. She's generally indifferent to most things, and her focus remains only on things that are valuable to her. On a rare occasion that she does interact with others, she speaks in a very monotone, yet blunt way and tries to avoid small talk, believing it's a waste of time and prefers having deeper conversations which often result in her disappointment, as in her mind most people are too dumb to see deeper meaning in anything. Ironically, despite preferring solitude to companionship, she wishes to find and experience love one day, yet fears she wouldn't be able to due to how distant she is from others except for her roommate who she may or may not have a small crush on. Despite everything, Dorotina is still friendly enough, and shows positive traits on occasion as well such as confidence, compassion or a sense of humor, which is admittedly, very dry and unfunny.

Dorotina doesn't have a lot of hobbies, but some of them include anime, video games, literature, drawing, writing and company of like-minded individuals who understand her on a deeper level. She also enjoys music, as ever since her roommate bought her the vinyl turntable, she's been enjoying listening to lo-fi and smooth jazz, which she finds relaxing and pleasant. Her most favorite pastime, however, is researching the paranormal. As she always found interest in the unexplainable and strange. Dorotina also spends a lot of her time on the internet, browsing various websites, forums or 4chan boards to kill the time with, something she has in abundance. On the flip side, Dorotina has plenty of things that she hates such as politics, stupidity, having her time wasted and generally most people in general.
