Dopey Hooves brightens every day with his bubbly charm and klutzy enthusiasm. Though his wall-eyed gaze and accident-prone nature suggest he lives in a world of his own, his heart is as golden as his mane. Dopey spends his days cheerfully blundering through the peaceful Ponyville streets, leaving minor mayhem in his wake. No surface is safe from his crashing hooves or careening mail cart. Yet his wide, guileless smile and sincere apologies as he helps rebuild whatever he has unwittingly destroyed make anger impossible. Life's simple pleasures delight this stallion to no end. A fresh-baked muffin or bright sunny morning fill his with a joy that knows no bounds. He shares that joy through lively chatter and impromptu songs that he hums in his merry, off-key tune as he goes about his deliveries. Though Equestria's saner citizens may question the pegasus' qualifications for delivering their post, in his clumsy hooves a simple mail route becomes an adventure and the Dopey Days of dented mailboxes and delayed letters are part of Ponyville's oddball charm.
