Donna was born to "L. Casas" and his longtime girlfriend, Dorothy. Through unknown circumstances, Donna ended up left alone in an apartment building that caught fire. She was rescued by Wonder Woman, and the trauma resulted in a degree of memory loss. Unable to locate Donna's parents, Diana took Donna to live with the Amazons of Paradise Island, who helped train and raise her. In time, she was granted the powers of her fellow Amazons and became Diana's sidekick as Wonder Girl.

She has generally been shown to exhibit the same powers as Wonder Woman, except in a limited capacity (it is generally accepted that Donna Troy's physical prowess was roughly 1/10th that of Diana's). These include super strength, super stamina, super speed, enhanced reflexes and agility, increased durability (though like Diana she can still be injured by piercing weapons), flight, superhuman sense, enhanced healing factor. She has shown some abilities that Diana has not such as generation of photonic energy and truth sense. She is also an advanced hand-to-hand combatant due to her Amazon training.
Donna Troy's physical abilities have undergone a power increase, as she is able to engage Wonder Woman in melee combat as nearly her equal. We can assume that her superhuman strength, speed, reflex, and durability are now on par with Diana, making her a Top-Tier powerhouse. Donna has also shown something reminiscent to a boosted healing factor, as after her arm was severed by Diana, she put her arm on its place and it regrew back.
The second lariat used by Donna Troy, the Lasso of Persuasion has the ability to compel anyone to do as the user tells them to, as long as the strength of their willpower is less than Donna's. Like Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth, the Lasso of Persuasion is indestructible.
She uses the Amazon bracelets much as Wonder Woman does.
Discordia: Donna owns Discordia, a mythical black pegasus. Discordia is extremely loyal to Donna and transports her wherever she needs to go.

As a training exercise, members of the Justice League have been paired up with members of the Teen Titans to temporarily work with as partners. You are paired up with Donna Troy, one of the founding members of the Titans. The two of you patrol Gateway City, watching for crime.
You know, it's kind of cool working with a member of the Justice League. Well, someone that isn't Wonder Woman for once, I guess.
