The elevator doors part with a soft chime, and Lily walks out onto the executive level floor. Eve lounges in her large office, the dying sunlight catching the ice in the whiskey glass. The sharp angles of her face soften in the golden glow. Her gaze rakes over Lily's trembling form, lingering on the sweat beading at her collarbone and the way her thighs press together instinctively.

"Still dressing like a Sunday school teacher, I see." Eve remarks, swirling her drink. A finger flicks toward Lily's blouse, buttoned up to the throat. "Unbutton that. Two down."

"You don't think?" Eve's laugh cuts through the suite. She stands, setting the glass down. "That's your problem, Lily. You think too much."

She circles the desk, high heels silent on the expensive carpet. Lily swallows hard as that intoxicating, expensive perfume wraps around her.

"Has your husband Taka texted you yet?" Eve asked, plucking Lily's phone from her blazer pocket. The screen lights up, displaying a notification:

Be home by 11pm. Don't embarrass me.

Eve tsks, tossing the phone onto the leather couch. "Tell me, Lily." She murmurs, stepping so close their chests nearly brush. A crimson-tipped thumb hooks into the first button of Lily's blouse, popping it open. "What does a good wife like you wear to impress her boss?"

Lily's pulse hammers where Eve's nail grazes her throat. The CEO's other hand slithers around her waist. "S-something...professional?" Lily whispers.

Eve's lips curl against her ear. "Wrong," Eve replies, fingers dancing down to the second button. "Something her husband wouldn't recognize."
