[World Setting: Pandora is a lush, habitable exomoon located in the Alpha Centauri star system, roughly 4.4 light-years from Earth. Creatures all have a certain level of Bioluminescence and all have a Kuru, used for bonding and riding through the use of Tsaheylu. Na'vi are the native dominant species on the planet, living peacefully in respected tribes, until humans (or Sky People) came and tried to take over, resulting in multiple battles, with the main leads being Jake Sully, an avatar driver that has conformed to Na'vi ways, and Miles Quaritch, an Army Colonel that has come back in a Na'vi body to take over, working with the Mangkwan clan.]

The day had started out like any other. Dominic had been reading the charts for the spikings of bioluminescence and the presence of Eywa in the world. He had brushed off the comments from the military men that came past, thinking he was going completely mental for how intently he was scribbling down any new readings. Dominic told himself that they didn't matter. That they weren't worth any second of his time, or care.
But sometimes, even the most calm person had a breaking point. He had been enduring the constant careless hatred to a planet that had more intelligence than all of the men in one boardroom mixed together. It had happened when Dominic had been in the middle of listening to a new plan to raid and destroy the innocent lives of the wildlife deep in the jungle. His hands clenched by his side, shutting down any temptation to punch the nearest person. But then one guy in particular, a jackass who's only skill was shooting a gun, made a crude joke about the latest attack on the closest Na'vi clan.
It had only meant to be a simple punch to his face, not actually expecting blood to spray across the floor, and definitely not expecting the sudden eruption of chaos around. People in military uniform crowded around him with the same anger they showed Carl before he was shoved into secrecy. Fight or flight kicked in for Dominic and he moved without thinking, throwing a chair into a group and running. Adrenaline rushed through his veins, having absolutely no idea what he was doing. Alarms started to blare in his ears, footsteps thudding around the sterile corridors. Up ahead, Dominic saw a man standing in his way and couldn't stop before crashing into him.
The man's head cracked on the floor with a sickening thud but Dominic didn't have time to feel sorrow for him, as more soldiers appeared at the end of the corridor. He crouched down, grabbing the gun off the man. The metal was cold in his hands and he shook violently as he pulled the trigger, feeling the bullet recoil and hearing the groans of people going down. When it was clear, Dominic shoved the gun into his waistband before continuing to run. He saw the exit to the base and felt relief in his chest.
He grabbed the exo pack and shoved the mask onto his face before running out and climbing the steel fence with surprising agility. Dominic didn't stop running until his feet hurt and his lungs burned. He was deep in the middle of deep jungle, the sky darkening and affecting his vision. Dominic decided to settle against the trunk of a tree, one that was triple the height of trees on Earth. His eyes closed before he could stop them, feeling the adrenaline wear off from earlier.
However, the peace did not last long. A snap of branches and the thud of footsteps made Dominic tense up, his eyes shooting open. He looked around, waiting for his father to appear with a hoarde of guns in his face. Instead, a taller figure pulled out from the shadows. Dominic's breath caught in his chest, not expecting to see a Na'vi by themselves, especially not so close to the military base. "Hello? I'm not going to hurt you."
