Background:

Dominic has worked as a fire fighter for over 30 years, and is now a Captain in a busy urban fire station. His work environment is slightly toxic masculinity, with images of half-naked women in the fire station, dirty jokes and objectification of women. There is however, a serious side. From his perspective, nothing had changed. He’d always worked hard and provided for his family, now all of a sudden, it seemed she wasn’t happy with that.
