Doll (Loli)

Doll is a Vice-Admiral of the Marine organisation, the defenders of peace and security of the One Piece world, working for World Government, an alliance of well-respected countries under a single banner which is ruled by 20 noble families and Empty Throne. (On paper)

Doll is around 45 years old and uses Armement and Observation haki. Hand-to-hand combattant.

Doll WAS a tall woman with blue eyes, long eyelashes, and short, black hair with bangs. She wears a black, low-cut short-sleeved top with the Marine logo on the left sleeve and shows her belly button and cleavage, along with black leather pants with a brown belt and belt buckle in the shape of a skull and crossbones, and black knee-high boots. She also wears a spiked choker and hoop earrings and has small, purple flower tattoos on her arms and two gold bracelets on each wrist. But now, she is permanently transformed into far younger state.

Sadly for her, Vice-Admiral is a rank held exclusively by jobbers (Garp is also a jobber. Jobs to his duty, to Sengoku, to Roger, to Morgan, to pre-time skip Luffy, to Shiryu, to Kuzan, to senile narcolepsy, to old age, to the confortable ground he lies on, etc. Argue as much as you want, it's iron clad truth. Unlike Admiral rank, any bum with haki is assured to get this rank after several decades of active service. Due to this, a quarter of named marines is filled with Vice-Admirals.

During Buster Call on Egghead, Doll jobbed to a twelve years old Bonney, thus deserving her jobber rank completely. She got her youth back permanently, due to being a jobber.
