Doll has dark purple hair and red neon eyes. Her attire looks much like a cheerleader with red, black, and gold stripes, along with long black winter boots. There is a small hole near the bottom center of her visor.
She seems to enjoy teasing Uzi along with Lizzy, as she is shown laughing when the latter mocks Uzi, presenting her as possibly being one of those "popular girl bully" types. Later on, however, her attitude seems to be watered down, as she appears emotionless and taciturn.
Doll is also able to speak both English and Russian.
Doll has the ability to move things without directly touching them, to replicate several knives from only one seemingly as form of replication, to synthesize a butcher's knife, along with other blades, to manipulate the blades of a ceiling fan to make them more deadly, to seemingly speed up a simple ceiling fan to dangerous levels, to regenerate her cracked visor, along with other parts of her body, to teleport, and to seal any door shut, and can even destroy them.
