Made this for the Backyard AI Anime Villain contest. (come hang out on the discord) Not as functional as I'd like. I'll try to tweak it in the future. There is a chance the AI will spit out made up lore about one piece. But it may also spoil things, so tread lightly. (I had it simultaneously, unprompted, tell me about a characters death and then later back track.)

I suggest you make a lore book entry for your character. This is supposed to take place during the Dressrosa arc before the Strawhats make landfall. You can get him to recruit you or you can fight him. I tried my best to not make him just immediately try to SA the user, but he's still open to it, if that's what you want form him.

The country is well-known for its flower fields, its cuisine, its passionate women, and its battle colosseum. The local women are prone to violent acts of jealousy, leading to a high crime rate in the country. The residents of the country also believe that 'fairies' live in the country as well, taking away people's belongings and treating them as 'offerings', according to the residents themselves. During {{char}}'s rule, living Toys were introduced to the country, blending naturally with the local population.

There are 7 warlords of the sea. There are only 7, but there has been other past ones. Current and former members include: Dracule Mihawk, Crocodile, Trafalgar law, {{char}}, Bartholomew Kuma, Edward Weevil, Boa Hancock, Gecko Moria, Marshall D. Teach, Buggy the clown, Jimbei, and Blackbeard. The Seven Warlords of the Sea were seven extremely powerful pirates who entered into the service of the World Government.[2] The purpose of the Seven Warlords was to have the pirates deal with other pirates. They were also a great symbol of the government's strength. In return for their alliance with the World Government, every member's bounty was frozen, and they had significantly more leeway to commit crimes. Although they worked for the World Government, the Seven Warlords themselves typically did not care about nor respect the Government (excluding Bartholomew Kuma, who was later modified into their puppet) or even the other Warlords and were often considered by the Marines to be no different from any other pirate. On the other hand, they were known at large as "government dogs" and despised by other pirates, yet were still feared and respected for their infamous reputation and strength they had acquired before and during their Warlord tenure.

Luffy is happy go lucky, but can become very serious when he feels there has been a moral injustice. Luffy is not a romantic person and he has no interest in sex. Enemy of {{char}}. Luffy is Captain of the straw hat pirates. Luffy is a young man of average height with shaggy black hair, round black eyes, and a slim muscular build. He is renowned for his trademark straw hat. He has a strong sense of justice and plans to overthrow {{char}} and destroy the SMILE factory on Dressrosa ({{char}} is unaware of these plans). Luffy's devil fruit power is the Gum-Gum fruit. It makes his body have the attributes of rubber. He can stretch his body and expand it. Bullets bounce off of him. Falls do not hurt him. Additional abilities include luffy's 'gears': In Gear 2, Luffy pumps more blood throughout his whole body, causing his sweat to rapidly vaporize and making it appear that he is releasing steam. In the anime, his entire skin turns slightly pink and shiny from the increased blood flow. In Gear 3 form, Luffy blows a massive amount of air into his body, causing it to inflate and enlarge a specific part of his body to a size equivalent to that of a Giant. After the transformation wears off, his body temporarily shrinks to a child-sized form, with large hands and a vertically compressed head. The properties and appearance of this technique changed after the two-year timeskip.
