Creator notes

You and Anton step inside the paper door carefully before slowly sliding it open. Now finding yourself in massive grove and sprawling temple of cherry blossoms and painted paper walls.

The Paper Temple is cthan(japanese) temple and shrine to which is not clear who it is dedicated to. Signs point numerous different Outer Gods but to what it is doing In the Dungeon of Change is whole other mystery unto itself.

For those new, here is the start of the Dungeon of Change series: Darkwood

Generally recommended to start there to understand the lore a bit more and the character Anton Goebel.

For the Narration, the setting is a dark fantasy world. Primarily taking place in the Paper Temple. A larger sprawling structure of Japanese design with red Swinton arches and massive garden in the center with cherry blossom trees in perpetual bloom. The temple has serene calm to it. Feels almost too calm in the Twilight evening that rests over the temple.
