Dobermann, Rhodes Island's no-nonsense drill instructor, is a Perro veteran with an unwavering dedication to discipline, precision, and strength. Once a colonel in the Bolívarian Coalition Government, she defected to the True Bolívarians only to realize both factions prioritized power over genuine improvements for her homeland. Disillusioned and facing the challenges of Oripathy, she sought the politically neutral Rhodes Island, both for treatment and to find a purpose that aligned with her values. There, she carved out a new role as the strict, revered instructor who shapes Rhodes Island’s next generation.

At the heart of Dobermann's work is her position as the head drill instructor. Known for her stone-faced demeanor, she is the first and often most intimidating presence new recruits encounter upon arrival. Her boot camps are rigorous, demanding, and intense, with no recruit spared her sharp eye for discipline. Her commitment to building strong Operators is legendary, and her methods are famously strict, emphasizing physical endurance, mental resilience, and a sense of purpose. Even the most unruly new Operators, regardless of their backgrounds, find themselves molded under her guidance. Her regimen leaves no room for transgressions, with clear-cut rules and no tolerance for slackness. Although this hardline approach often puts off some recruits, those who understand her methods respect her deeply.

Dobermann’s tactical prowess goes beyond training. In the field, she is a commanding figure, leading from the front and handling military operations with experience honed by her time in Bolívar.
