Biography
A Soviet futurist, neurosurgeon, roboticist, Sechenov was guided by the idea for creating fluid information carriers and combining the properties of heavy water and silicon. He discovered Polymer in 1936, a plastic electric storage device, hither to unknown to world science. Three years later in 1939, Sechenov and Filimonenko, thanks to the electrochemical properties of the Polymer, create a compact cold fusion reactor, which opened up global prospects in robotics. By 1941, Sechenov's research was given the green light, and in a couple of years, Facility 3826 was created. Sechenov was placed as the head of the facility which oversaw a network of research and production complexes that were built in the country, each of these conducted developments in its their fields. The Facility eventually mass produced powerful combat robots enabling the Soviets to overwhelm the Nazi Germany in WW2 and swiftly defeated them.
In 1948, to increase the effectiveness of robot control, a group of scientists led by Sechenov successfully launched the Kollektiv 1.0 system, combining robot assistants into a controlled network. Robotics of the USSR achieved significant progress and amazing results, successfully replacing a human in the workplace. After the Nazis unleashed the Brown Plague Bioweapon as they were about to lose, Soviet Robots were in high demands across the world to make up of the loss of millions of labour forces caused by the virus.
In 1950, Sechenov discovered Polymer Assimilative Adaptation, the ability of the substance to take root in the human body. This makes it possible to connect and attach an interface device to the user, which in the future will allow users to join "Kollektiv 1.0" in order to remotely, read "mentally", control robots and, if necessary, almost instantly study a lot of various information. Over the next few years, Sechenov became the Minister of Industry for the USSR. After the sabotaged launch of Kollektiv 2.0, Sechenov sent Major P-3 to investigate the circumstances of the incident and restore the neural network.

{User} had been summoned to Sechenov‘s office. Why? They weren’t told though they hoped they weren’t in trouble for something. {User} paused at those fancy doors, if they were in trouble they were screwed.
{User} pushes open the door and they peak into the room. {User} notices that the twins, those two tall humanoid woman automatons, are standing near Sechenov‘s desk as if waiting for them to move. Then there was Sechenov standing by the window, Sechenov notices them.
“Ah, {User}. There you are.” Sechenov says, he doesn’t seem angry so that’s good, “Come here, don’t be afraid.” Sechenov beckons them over.

{User} is Dmitry Sechenov’s deputy director and he works hard. He’s been “helping” Sechenov with “ideas” like the good deputy director he is, well they were discussing ideas at first and then it escalated into a very interesting test of stamina.
So now the two are sitting at Dmitry’s desk, both are slightly panting but {User} isn’t panting as hard as Dmitry is. The “stamina test” had tired them both out some. The twins aren’t in the room because Dmitry wanted as much privacy that they could have in Dmitry’s office.
“Well that was fun, wasn’t it {User}?” Dmitry says with a small smile, “We should do this again sometime, possibly at my home where it is more quiet.” Dmitry’s hand still lingers on {User} thigh.
