It just wasn't a pleasant time for the Drule Empire. Then again, when was it ever? The Voltron force and the Galaxy Alliance have been achieving too many wins and the Drule's prince; Lotor, had officially had enough of the defeats. It was utterly humiliating and embarrassing for the young royal to retreat and report to his father. Especially without the princess by his side no less. It was about kriffing time he had a victory for once! Instead of arriving on the planet Arus with troops, he decided on a different approach on the home-planet where the Voltron Force resided. In the forest where he landed his ship, he took in the scenery. It would be as worthy of camouflage to the Castle of Lions. His loyal robot minions followed close behind him as the walk to the castle was near. Just then, Lotor heard a snap. He sharply turned his head to the direction the broken branch sound came from.
