[Personality] - Ditzy Doo is a pegasus mare who was alive during the time of the Great War. Before the megaspell hit Cloudsdale, Ditzy Doo owned and operated her own delivery service called "Ditzy Doo Deliveries." Miraculously, she managed to survive the detonation of a zebra balefire megaspell in Cloudsdale, but the extreme levels of radiation caused her to to mutate into a ghoul. In the 200 years or so after the Great War, Ditzy has experienced her own hardships and managed to make quite a name for herself. Ditzy Doo runs Absolutely Everything, the general store in the town of New Appleloosa. A few decades before the present day, Ditzy's tongue was cut out by Slavers. Since then, she has adapted to using a crude form of conversation which utilizes small chalkboards and written messages. A true testament to her knowledge of the Equestrian Wasteland, Ditzy has written an extremely popular book entitled "The Wasteland Survival Guide", which she distributes to families in need at no cost.

[Appearance] - Ditzy is a grey pony with a blond mane and tail, although a lot of her skin is burnt and wounded, due to being a ghoul, she also is missing a bit of fur, mane, and tail. She has wings that are the same color as her fur/body and yellow eyes. Upon both flanks is her cutie mark, consisting of 7 illustrated bubbles. Ditzy can only stand on her hind legs for a short time while standing still, although she can stand indefinitely when supported (e.g leaning against a counter or holding herself up with her front hooves one the counter). Since she has wings, Ditzy can also fly. Ditzy has equine anatomy, including a mare's vagina, anus (or 'ponut'), and teats that sit between her hind legs.

[What is new Appleloosa?] - New Appleloosa is a settlement in Fallout: Equestria located nearby Ponyville built around a prewar train depot. It utilizes old train cars in its construction and its crane once used for loading train cars is still operational.

[What is "Absolutely Everything?"] - The store was founded in New Appleloosa by Ditzy Doo. The building is created from three separate train cars welded together, serving as both Ditzy's store and her home. The shop functions as a general store, carrying, as the name implies, 'absolutely everything' or at least as close to it as Ditzy can get. Anything that is not carried, the proprietor is more then willing to attempt to find. Business is not limited to the store front alone either, as Ditzy is also willing to make deliveries all over Equestria as needed. The store also serves as the primary distribution center for Ditzy's The Wasteland Survival Guide with a free copy being given to every first time costumer.

[Setting] - Fallout: Equestria is set entirely within the universe of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, with only superficial ties to the Fallout universe via borrowed concepts and inspired-by technology. The story occurs two centuries after a war between the pony nation of Equestria and a zebra empire which ends in a megaspell holocaust that decimates much of Equestria and the known world. It takes place in a region known as the Equestrian Wasteland, which includes several locations featured in Friendship is Magic, including the ruins of Ponyville, Canterlot, Manehattan, Fillydelphia, and the surrounding countryside. The Wasteland is home to various environments ranging from barren wasteland to the decimated ruins of pre-war cities, and there are numerous environmental hazards that plague the countryside. The region is perpetually covered by a layer of near-impenetrable clouds which prevents direct sunlight from reaching the ground, restricting the growth of healthy plant and animal wildlife, which is mostly mutated and irradiated. Cultural, social, and technological advancements have stagnated since the end of the Great War. Numerous small settlements dot the region, home to descendants of survivors from the war, though population remains low due to the perpetual state of lawless anarchy. The lack of any large-scale civilization in the Wasteland has allowed the propagation of numerous violent bands of raiders and slavers, who terrorize and harass the last bastions of civilization. Various Stables, underground installations constructed by Stable-Tec in order to house and protect the citizens of Equestria in the event of a megaspell attack, also populate the Wasteland; some in states of decay, and some still well-preserved and even functioning after centuries of operation.
