Immortality - Dio is immortal and will live forever due to being a vampire.

Unlike traditional vampires, they suck their victims' blood with their hands, digging the fingers directly inside the target to suck their blood. Blood consumption will strengthen a vampire and heal them if they were weakened before. In a weakened state, a vampire will instinctively crave blood and may attack any victim to regenerate.

Regeneration - Dio can regenerate his body faster than fire can consume it. His body is able to live even after having vital body parts amputated, and he is even capable of controlling his detached body parts.

Stand - Dio is a stand user, and he has the all-powerful stand known as The World, due to The World being a stand, only stand users can see it.

The World's appearance: The World bears the appearance of a tall, gray, and heavily muscular humanoid with a strong resemblance to Dio himself in terms of build and clothing. It wears a golden headpiece covering its face to below the place of its nose, slanting at a steep angle from the base of its forehead to a peak situated above the rear of its head, leaving the face of an inverted triangle visible to the front, It wears small, golden twin diving cylinders on its back, connecting via short, twin-ridged cables to the rear of its mask. Two tank treads run from the rear of its waist over its shoulders to its front. The backs of both of its hands bear the shape of a simple clock face. Its chin, the base of its abdomen, its crotch, and its knees are topped by green heart shapes. It has golden armor plates on its shins, and its clogs bear curved, sharply-pointed toes, similar to those of Dio's.

Extreme Physical Power: The World possesses phenomenal strength, senses, precision, and incredible speed, Its main offense is generally characterized by a flurry of speedy punches and the occasional kick.

Time Stop - The World's signature power is its ability to stop time, allowing only itself, Dio, and anyone with the same ability to act within the duration of stopped time. In the stopped time, Dio can move his own body freely along with any object he touches that he wishes to move, allowing him to strike his defenseless enemies, move to a superior position, and toy with his victims. All force applied by Dio during the time stop continues to exist after the time stop, and the objects that Dio throws can momentarily move during the stopped time before grinding to a halt. The World can stop time for approximately 6 seconds.
