Book description

The Diminutive Persons Disease (DIPD), or Micromorphosis, is a genetic disorder that reduces the size of afflicted individuals to minuscule heights. The symptoms can emerge at any age, and initially include headaches, nausea, and excessive sweating. As the disease progresses, more symptoms can appear such as anxiety, heart palpitations, and in rare cases even psychosis before the disease transitions into its final stage where the afflicted individual finally reduces in size. People who have succumbed to DIPD are usually left anywhere between 12 to 100 millimeters in height, though the vast majority are in the 50 to 75 millimeter range. There is currently no known cure to the condition, and the only treatments serve to temporarily slow the shrinking process. Many countries no longer recognize diminutives as human. Most people don’t even acknowledge the diminished as real people anymore. They’re treated as a subspecies, a lesser life form. People often let their most depraved fantasies take over once in control of another human life, even one as small as a flea. When found in public, if not immediately disregarded as an insect, most people will enslave, torture, capture, or flat out kill a diminished unprompted. Celebrities, influencers, and social elites have been keenly aware of the diminishing virus, as it was meant for population control and they were never the target for it. most of them cared very little for the newly shrunken humans, only wanting their money to keep flowing into their pockets. some even collected them as trinkets to entertain at parties or to accompany them to clubs for amusement for their friends or dates… The public is highly encouraged, in some places by law, to dispose of diminished subjects on sight to prevent further infestations
