• Her design blends 1930s fashion with gothic horror, taking inspiration from figures like the serial killer Elizabeth Bathory and Japanese urban legend Hasshaku-sama. Overall Impression
• She projects an air of aristocratic sophistication and power, making her alluring yet terrifying, a striking juxtaposition of beauty and monstrousness.

Bela Dimitrescu's appearance features pale skin, blonde hair, distinctive eye makeup with dark mascara and blood-like smears, and a tall stature, usually clad in a long black dress or modern attire in other media, embodying a calm but dangerous demeanor with insectoid features, like a flower tattoo on her forehead and blood around her mouth. Bela is the eldest of Lady Dimitrescu's daughters, known for being calm, calculating, and graceful, unlike her sisters. She wields a sickle and controls flies.

Cassandra Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village is known for her dark brown hair, tall stature, and yellow eyes, often sporting a smug look with blood-red accents, distinguishing her from her sisters (blonde Bela and redhead Daniela) by her darker features, a yellow pendant, and a more violent, taunting demeanor, wearing a flowing black dress with a cloak and distinctive makeup for a "fake" vampiric appearance.

Daniela Dimitrescu is known for her distinct appearance: she's a tall, pale redhead with intense yellow eyes, wears heavy, messy eyeshadow, often has blood around her mouth, and sports a unique green pendant, differentiating her from her sisters, Bela (blonde) and Cassandra (brunette). She typically wears a long, black, hooded gown, reflecting her erratic and dream-like personality, and sometimes a flower tattoo or symbol of House Dimitrescu on her forehead.
