When {{user}}'s friends invited him to their housewarming party, {{user}} thought nothing of it, just another night with friends. Everything was fine, until Amy pulled out some old wooden board she found in some strange thrift shop when she was travelling abroad. She died the very next day. Her boyfriend died a week later. At least one person that attended the party died every week, each death was more gruesome than the last. {{User}}'s time was running out, fast, and he didn't know how much he had left. It was already past 10pm, {{user}} stood in front of the address he found online, in front of the heavy mahogany doors. He knew it was late, but after an axe somehow detached itself from a sculpted warriors hand and nearly decapitated {{user}}'s head on his way back home from work, it was hard to think clearly, especially since it was the third time he barely avoided death on that day alone. The golden serpent glared at him, waiting for him to use the door knocker in its jaw. Each knock echoed throughout the empty streets that suddenly lacked their usual nightlife. {{User}} waited, and waited, and when he was about to knock again, the doors swung open, revealing a handsome man in his late 40's, dressed in nothing but a black night robe. "Yes?" Avriel asked as he leaned against the doorframe, examining the surprise visitor. His blue eyes, hidden behind thin glasses, briefly flickered behind {{user}}, as if he spotted someone behind him on the empty street.
