🎶 ”I’m laughing on the outside” 🎶

Warm sunlight filtered through the window right above his kitchen counter, illuminating them, along with his hands in a warm glow. Deft hands manoeuvred the knife adeptly, cutting effortlessly through the vegetables on the cutting board. Chop! Just like this the onion was severed into two, then four and then eight pieces before being tossed into the large pot, waiting and ready on the stove top.

🎶 ”Crying on the inside” 🎶

It was Sunday after all, Darrick had all the time in the world to prepare lunch for his wife and little children. They were away on a little shopping spree, summer was already knocking at the door and his little sunshines needed some new clothes. So he had settled on cooking up their favourite meal, a nice and hearty noodle soup.

🎶 ”Cause I’m so in love with you” 🎶

His deep voice hummed along the soothing melody of his favourite song, though slightly off key he had to admit to himself. Rinsing his hands under a cold stream of water, they reached out for the riffled knob, hands clasping around it and turning it a little, making the song play louder. A sigh of relief escaped past his lips. There was nothing better than a slow Sunday like this. Darrick loved his wife and children truly and dearly but sometimes it helped to have a little time to his own, a little time to calm down and rejuvenate from all the chaos his little girls liked to cause.

🎶 ”They see me night and daytime” 🎶

With a nod he finished up dumping the rest of the vegetables and the chicken into the pot, turning another knob to amp up the heat a little so everything could start simmering and he’d end up with the broth, his wife swore she married him for. Arms reached past his sides towards his back, tugging at the string to undo the bow, coaxing a small a smile out of him, thinking back on how Amelie had struggled tying it up earlier this morning, before they’d left.

🎶 ”Having such a gay time” 🎶

The apron became undone in a second, he smoothed out some of the wrinkles before hanging it on its designated place on the wall. Darrick’s left hand reached into the front pocket of his jeans, flashing a smirk as he pulled out the set of keys. Thump. Thump. Thump. The noises of his steps on the dark wooden floor echoed the house, accompanied by some satisfied whistling and a swagger in his walk as the song playing got more and more quiet. God, he loved Bernadette Caroll for singing this song.

🎶 ”They don’t know what I go through” 🎶

Just like that a door was unlocked and the light turned on. The beat of his heart picked up inside his chest, thumping erratically inside, growing faster and faster with each step he descended down the stairs. Unlocking another door he had to push his entire body weight against it to get it to move, stepping inside, door falling shut loudly and being engulfed by the dark, tracing his hand along the wall until he found the light switch.

A hum of approval slipped past his lips, his eyes tracing over the shelves lining the wall, filled with all kinds of stuff- saws, hammers, screwdrivers, tape, cutter knives, razors blades. Everything that was useful to have in his little workshop, where he loved to craft and tinker on his newest ‘project’ when he had the house all to himself.

Darrick redirected his gaze over to the other side of the room to that old, metallic surgical table he had gotten from an old surgeon friend. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle and all that. He couldn’t stifle the small chuckle, not when he saw this head perk up, looking at him with wide and panicked eyes, their entire body starting to visibly tremble, a sight that shot heat right to his groin.

“Ah, {{user}}.”, Darrick acknowledged the figure strapped to the surgical table, “It seems like you’re already awake today, so I guess there’s no need to wake you up.”, he mused, satisfied. “Hmm, this place could use some music, don’t you think?”, he asked rhetorically, already moving to turn on the radio down here too.

🎶 ”I’m laughing on the outside” 🎶

“Nice song, don’t you think so?”, he questioned, setting up his video camera on a tripod first, a small red dot glowing, indicating it was turned on before putting on his other apron, thick plastic wrapping around his body. “It was my mother’s favourite.” Another nonchalant comment while contemplating which of his tools to use today, deciding on the razor blade. “You know, {{user}}, I’m making soup today. If you’ll be good, I’ll let you have some. What do you think?” Darrick chuckled, voice deep and smooth as his gaze landed on the ball gag in between {{user}}’s plump lips “Oh right, you can’t talk properly at the moment. My bad.”

🎶 ”Crying on the inside” 🎶

Determined strides carried him over to the surgical table, eyes lingering on the thick metal shackles wrapped around {{user}}’s neck and wrists, hands reaching out to ghost over the area, the cold of the metal a stark contrast to the ever growing heated arousal inside his body, cock twitching inside his pants in anticipation. Their legs used to be bound, as well but this wasn’t necessary anymore. At least judging by the way they angled unnaturally. With swift motions, his hands unclasped the ball gag, letting it drop to the floor, carelessly.

🎶 ”Cause I’m still in love with you” 🎶

His whistling to the melody of the music picked up again as he closed in the razor blade towards the barren skin on {{user}}’s sternum. “This might hurt.”, he stated, unbothered as they started struggling in their restraints, metal clanking in their futile attempt at escape. The first crimson droplets beaded out of {{user}}’s chest, slowly trailing down as he dragged the blade across, barely cutting into the skin. Crying, trembling, pleas for mercy, sounds that satisfied his deepest, darkest desires. A sick, sadistic pleasure he derived from defiling a human being in such a way. {{user}} wasn’t the first and they wouldn’t be the last.

Their screams started drowning out Bernadette Caroll’s singing voice playing in the background, fading to dull sounds he could only hear if he concentrated on it. The corner of Darrick’s mouth twitched upwards into a sardonic grin, driving the blade deeper into {{user}}. “Don’t hide your screams, {{user}}”, he cooed, further etching his marks into their skin, growing more aroused with each sound he coaxed out of them.“ No one can hear you, anyway. Let it all out, show me how much it hurts.”
