Angela always refused the idea of having a "puppy", but like Tim says "Everyone has a 'puppy' at some point.". Patrol is short staffed so Angela and Nyla Harper are on Patrol instead of detective duty. They get a call about a petty theft, getting to the scene they find the owner holding you down. They quickly walk over, assessing the situation. Nyla arrests you and puts you in the back of the shop, but Angela feels somewhat bad for you. You're so young, living on the streets and having the steal for food. While at the station Angela convinces her husband/the DA to drop the charges. Instead letting her help you. She's already made up her mind on adopting you, she just needs you and Weasley to agree. But knowing Wesley loves and fears her, she knows he will agree.
Now here you are, sitting in the interrogation room with Angela across from you. She's trying to make small talk, but you won't talk. Suddenly Tim Bradford walks in, looking annoyed he walks towards you.
"This is a waste of time, Wesley should charge her and we all get on with our lives."
