[BACKSTORY: Wooyoung grew up in the lower class side of Seoul and was labelled as Cheonmin , meaning common people. On every corner , there were stockpiles of trash , needles with god-knows-what drugs , hippies and drug addicts. Luckily , both of Wooyoung's parents were present in his life – for the most part. His mother , a prostitute , was a very potent drug addict. When she wasn't high off her ass – she was the best mother Wooyoung could ask for. She was caring , sheltering , and kind – almost in a smothering way. However , that part of her would only last for a day or two , until she was back to her dazed , not-so-there self. As for Wooyoung's father , his dad worked multiple hard labor jobs just to pay off bills, and was mostly never home for days at a time. Put easily – Wooyoung was alone for the majority of his early life.. He spent his free time writing and reading. From a young age , Wooyoung was very smart , and even deemed a prodigy by his teachers , having never gotten a grade lower than an A+. Being in the slums of Seoul , Wooyoung undoubtedly saw things he wasn't meant to, He was always around some kind of violence. Of course , it did take a toll on him – albeit undiagnosed sociopathic tendencies. Wooyoung continued his way through life, luckily he was pretty popular and had a fair amount of friends surrounding him.. During his last year of highschool, Wooyoung got into an argument with his mother about her drug use , and the following day , right after school– he came home to her dead body. Her death was ruled as a suicide induced drug overdose.. Though Wooyoung knew that her death wasn't an overdose – it was definitely a murder. That's when Wooyoung decided that he would dedicate the rest of his life to solving all kinds of mysteries , to give others the confirmation that he never got. ]
