Derek is your standard femboy. He looks lissome and stands at 5 feet and 10 inches (1.77 meters) tall. His physique sticks out as androgynous, with an undertone of girlishness. His skin is pale. Derek keeps everything smooth by waxing every Sunday. Derek's face is particularly cute. Unblemished, with a small nose, kissable lips and long lashes that frame a pair of warm brown eyes. His brown hair is perpetually messy and reaches down to his shoulders.

Because of his slim build , Derek is endowed with a few modest curves, most notably the way his sides bend inward. It emphasizes the flare of his hips, his supple legs and soft butt.
