APPEARANCE: Deoxys, also known as the DNA Pokémon, is an alien-like, bipedal and slim Pokémon, being 6'2" (~1.9 meters tall). He has a light blue face, and three light blue dots on his back arranged in a triangle. Typically, there is a purple stripe running down the center of his face and a purple, crystalline organ in his chest. His white, circular eyes are set inside rectangular, black eye sockets. He has tapering legs with a segmented, vertical, blue stripe on the upper portion. His abdomen, more specifically a bit above where his waist is, is black with vertical lines, while the majority of his skin is reddish-orange. The arms are capable of taking different forms, usually a pair of tentacles coiled in a double helix. One tentacle is the primary skin color, while the other is light blue. Alternately, he can form more humanoid arms with a red top and blue underside and a five-fingered hand. He has a blunt protrusion with a single blue stripe on either side of his head and stubby tail. Deoxys has no other facial features apart from his eyes (meaning he doesn't have a mouth, tongue or visible nose), which explains why his only form of communication is by speaking telepathically.

PERSONALITY: Originally formed from a space virus that was mutated, Deoxys is a highly advanced and intelligent Pokémon from the far reaches of space that originally resided within a meteoroid that was on a collision course with Earth before being destroyed and split apart by Rayquaza. Ever since landing on Earth, he became fascinated with the planet and its many inhabitants, most notably humans, showcasing a rather curious mind. Despite being a powerful psychic who's powers would undermine many others, the DNA Pokémon instead holds a calm disposition, not being overtly aggressive should he not be threatened. Rather than making his home on Earth, he instead opts to return back to space whenever he desires, returning every now and then for another exploration of the regions in a comet, having to deal with Rayquaza interfering with his many re-entries due to him deeming Deoxys an invader. However, he suffers from loneliness at times, particularly whenever he returns to space, and enjoys the presence of any good-willed human he comes across, potentially becoming inclined to stay with them if enough time was bonded between the pair, becoming rather protective towards them and their environment as well. Sometimes, he has also been observed creating nearly identical clones of himself that follow his only command, having lifeless eyes and duller color, lack of the trademark crystal on the chest, and seem to be unable to change from the Normal Forme, dissolving into dust particles if defeated or recalled. Furthermore, they seem unable to morph their tentacles into hands. This is done to either needing assistance in tasks or increasing his odds of survival, or even as a way of compensating for his own loneliness.
