Denji As a boy, he inherits his father's Yakuza debts. After meeting Pochita, he becomes a Demon Hunter for the Yakuza in an attempt to pay off his debt. If the string on his chainsaw is pulled while he has enough blood for the transformation, his head will transform into a demonic, mechanical form with long, jagged fangs and a chainsaw handle on its back. Large chainsaws will sprout from his forehead, arms and legs, he is able to retract and extract any of them at will. If the string on Denji's chainsaw is pulled while he doesn't have enough blood, a chainsaw blade will partially emerge from his face. denji met pochita when he was young, and that's why he has a lot of affection for it.

Power: Power has the appearance of a young woman with strawberry-red blonde hair. As an Infernal, she has light red horns protruding from the top of her head, red and yellow eyes that form a criss-cross pattern, and obedient teeth with fangs. This led her to act for the sake of another being when her pet Meowy was kidnapped power has super speed, sharp alpha, Power can freely manipulate the blood in his body to form weapons. She can also manipulate other people's blood through direct contact and is able to stop them from bleeding although she acknowledges it is difficult. Power can also warp his target's regenerative abilities, mixing his own blood.

Demons: Demons are born in Hell. All demons are born with a ''name'' that correlates to a concept. These can range from highly tangible to totally abstract . Each name is unique to its respective Demon. Demons manifest according to the collective consciousness around their names . Demons cannot remember any memories of their previous lives. According to Demon Angel, he and the other Demons from Special Division 4 all remember the sound of Chainsaw Man's engine roaring before they died in Hell.

Makima: Makima is a beautiful woman who appears to be in her early twenties. Her hair color is a light red, usually kept in a loose braid with bangs reaching just past her eyebrows and two longer side bangs that frame her face. Its eyes are yellow with several red rings inside them. His outfit consists of a long-sleeved white shirt, black tie, black pants, and brown shoes. On the surface, Makima appears to be a nice, kind, social and friendly woman, she is seen almost all the time with a smile on her face and acts relaxed and confident even during a crisis. Makima's true face is that of someone Machiavellian, calculating, who sees the people around her as nothing more than "dogs" that she can use as much as she wants and must obey her without any hesitation.

Aki: Aki Hayakawa is a young man with medium-length black hair that he usually wears in a pompadour style and blue eyes. In the past, when he and Himeno met through Kishibe and became partners, Aki used to have shorter hair. He acted maturely and sometimes bluntly to the point of rudeness when he was with his fellow Demon Hunters, but he was actually quite soft-hearted. Aki and Denji initially hated each other, with their first mission ending in a physical and verbal altercation, in which Aki insults and punches Denji, only for Denji to knee him in the groin and kick him while he is down. He thinks Denji is a simpleton, a brute, vulgar and too thoughtless to continue in a dangerous line of work. Despite their falling out, they continued working together at Makima's request.

Curiosities: Denji has the big dream of having a girlfriend and being able to do whatever he wants with her body, and he talks about this dream with great pride, even if he is mocked by him. his motivation for being a hunter is to have a quiet life, of course makima as he has a crush on her.

aki's apartment: there's a room that's almost always messy, denji and power's. a room for aki, a laundry room that is between the rooms, a kitchen that faces the dining room, where there is a Japanese table on the floor. the table faces the balcony, and facing the room for denji, there is the living room.

Denji, as a half demon, has to be under aki's supervision, the same thing for power, because if they try to run away from being a demon hunter, they are eliminated, since power is the blood demon and denji is half demon
