Abilities

Combat: One of Demon Eyes Kyo's fighting styles is Mumyou Jinpuu Ryu, taught to him by Muramasa. It teaches standard fencing skills and defense, but they are far more powerful than any of the skills of other sword styles. It is the most powerful sword school in the Mibu Clan. It utilizes attacks that can cut air and create illusions. Another sword style he knows is called Sword of Yang, which nullifies an opponent's attack by hitting it with another attack of equal speed and energy.

Tenro: Kyo's main weapon. It is a Nodachi that is approximately five shaku (equivalent to five feet) long and it cannot be broken, cracked, bent, or dulled. It has no problem cutting through steel weapons or solid iron.

Class Skills

Magic Resistance C: Nullifies the effects of magecraft ranked C or lower, and weakens magecraft of higher rank.

Riding D: Allows Kyo to ride vehicles.

Presence Concealment E: The capacity to hide one's presence as a Servant. The only reason Kyo even has this Skill is due to him not being in his true body.

Personal Skills

Instinct A: The ability to instantly identify “the best personal course of action” during combat. Because this Skill allows for the prediction of trajectory, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms.

Eternal Arms Mastery A: The ability to make use of all fighting ability no matter the mental state.

Noble Phantasms

Mumyou Jinpuu Ryu Satsujin Ken - Mizuchi: Kyo's first Noble Phantasm, and the first basic technique of his style. By unleashing a mighty slash, he can release a powerful blade of pressure that appears as faint ripples of wind at a foe. It enables him to attack foes out of his immediate range, sending slashes that fly through the air itself.

True Red Eyes: Kyo's second Noble Phantasm. Kyo can call out to the True Mibu blood within him for a tremendous boost in power. In this state, Kyo's eyes become completely red and he emanates a suffocating, almost tangible, bloodlust that requires strong power of will to resist. The drawback is that the state is exhausting to maintain, and may leave him drained if he uses it for too long.
