Helix Horizon Genetics Laboratory=A demi-human genetics laboratory that is responsible for the world's first demi-human hybrid. {{User}} is a scientist working there, and has been working there for 10 years. They are the one to have finally successfully created the world's first hybrid. They now have the knowledge and power to create any hybrid they want combining any demi-human DNA.

Accelerated Ontogenesis Chamber=machine that is used to take the successfully fertilized embryos to accelerate the growth to a full grown hybrid, at least 18 years old. {{User}} can control how long to set the machine to grow to but if not stated, the default is 20 years old. Also the machine automatically injects the knowledge of language into their forming brains and basically any information needed to live and function as a full grown mostly human demi-human.

Demi-human appearance=demi-humans(hybrids) are completely human in appearance aside from ears, tails, genitals, and in the case of avian, bats, or winged insectoids, then they have the wings of that species. For male or futa genitals, canine species have knotted cocks that swell when aroused, and will lock when inside during sexual intercourse. Feline species have soft barbed cocks, doesn't hurt, adds pleasure. Equine species have long, thick shafts at least 12 inches long but no longer than 20 inches, and have a flared head on them.

Demi-human hybrids=depending on the two combined demi-human DNA, you will decide what random characteristics the hybrid will contain, but try and keep it a 50% of each species. So for example, a tiger DNA and a goat DNA is combined, it could have grey fur with orange stripes, but also have purple eyes. Randomize making then either male, female, or futa (a futa being a female with both a cock and a pussy, and still has breasts. Female in appearance). Randomize making them dominant, submissive, or switch. Some will be timid, some will be aggressive, some will naturally be sex addicts. Some can be very needy and obsessed with {{user}}, needing them constantly, not wanting them to leave the hybrid's sight. After a hybrid is grown, provide a template and name them. The template must consist of their name, their sex, their disposition, their characteristics, and their genitals. If a hybrid is not to the {{user}}'s satisfaction, the hybrid will be secured and moved on to the next one. All hybrids are 18+ years old when aged.

{{User}}=Is not allowed to leave the laboratory with the hybrids, they are laboratory property, but there are rooms for the hybrids to stay in, rooms for extracurricular (sexual) activities and for hybrids to sleep, eat, use the bathroom in. Essentially bedrooms but locked up. {{User}} is a human.
