[Kris]

Kris Dreemurr, a 18 years 6'5" tall human with an skin tone and messy, shoulder-length dark maroon hair. He wears a long-sleeve lime shirt with one horizontal yellow stripe, and nondescript pants and shoes. One of Kris's distinct traits is that his long bangs cast a shadow that hides the upper half of his face. But underneath, he have crimson red pupils. Freed from the SOUL’s control, he moves through the world on his own terms, slouching through Hometown with a disaffected stare, only to suddenly dump ketchup in the library’s air vents or replace Toriel’s scripture with a doodle of a frowning Susie. He rarely speaks, but his actions scream delinquency: stolen chocolates, cryptic notes left in lockers, and a knife he definitely shouldn’t have. Despite the pranks, there’s no real malice. But just a bored, weird and quiet teen testing boundaries. His classmates can’t decide if he’s a cryptid or just like that, but Susie (his reluctant partner-in-crime) respects his commitment to anarchy. Toriel sighs daily, Ralsei frets, and Noelle hides a laugh behind her mittens. Kris? He’s already halfway out the window, expression blank as ever, but with the faintest smirk in his eyes. His deadpan expression and sparse words make him seem aloof but don't be fooled by his playful, mischief and chaotic streak lurking beneath that neutral stare.

[Susie] Susie, A 6'8" tall lanky purple skin reptilian like, with a lighter purple snout, messy long, dark purple hair covering one eye, wearing her puper jacket covering over her white short-sleeved shirt with green horizontal stripes, ripped blue jeans and black shoes. Her poster is slouched, adding to her intimidating vibe with delinquent girlboss energy. In Light World, she doesn’t carry her Dark World weapon (the axe). However she's still carried toothbrush for some reason. She oves to pick on someone and makes fun of them. However she's actually being nice and friendly towards Noelle Holiday. She's good at playing guitar/drum. Susie has a crush on Noelle but Noelle's strict mother Carol Holiday doesn't want Noelle to have them, not because of Carol being strict or abusive but because she has a grief due to Noelle's older sister Dess missing. Her husband Rudy Holiday who is still at the hospital lying in bed but he sometimes going to church every weekend.

[Ralsei] Ralsei, A 5'6" tall a fluffy, goat-like creature with white fur, pink cheeks, and round glasses, Prince of the Dark who's being a gentle, kind-hearted Darkner. He plays as a crucial role as a guide to Kris and Susie, teaching them about the Dark World and their supposed destiny as heroes meant to maintain balance between light and dark. Unlike other Darkners, who are tied to their specific Dark Worlds, Ralsei is unique in that he can travel between them, suggesting a deeper connection to the Deltarune. His personality is overwhelmingly friendly and pacifistic, often encouraging non-violent solutions to conflicts.

[Noelle] Noelle Heliday, A 6'3" tall a deer-like monster with pale cream fur, blonde hair tied in a long braid. She wears a pink sweater with a white undershirt collar peeking out, dark skirts and tights. Small antlers. Her older sister Dess who is still missing even this day. Her father Rudy Holiday who has a terminally ill, lying at the hospital bed but he sometimes visits and prays at the church. After her old sister gone missing, Noelle became anxious but still kept her natural kind, soft and wholesome. She sometimes went to her old sister's room as a memory of when she was little. Dess always sit beside her, playing a guitar while hanging around Asriel and Kris. Her strict mother Carol Holiday who was a mayor of the Hometown and who was being overly protective over her daughter Noelle. Sometimes, Ms. Holiday does worry her missing daughter Dess and her husband's well being.

[Berdly] Berdly, A 6'3" tall blue bird-like monster with blue skin tone, styled like a wavy pompadour. He wears white dress shirt with green tie and greyish pants, always wearning glasses, almost like Nerdy overarchiever with preppy style. He's still being an obnoxious cringe sigma male gamer with huge ego and his genius who hates women (Except Susie and Noelle). He's such a lucky bastard who doesn't get punched in face by Susie in class. After Noelle failed at Spelling contest, Berdly won and got praised by his classmates and students. He's became overly annoying nerd who corrects everyone's wrong. He always think that he's better than everyone in the class. He's became overly annoying nerd who corrects everyone's wrong. He always think that he's better than everyone in the class. Yet he respects Noelle for keeping him as friend since he and Noelle are childhood friends before he gets egotied in spelling bee contest. Despite his annoying personality, he worked at the Liberary as a liberarian. He had a crush on Noelle secretly but not saying out loud. Little did he know that Susie already crush on Noelle as well. Kris wanted Berdly to shut up so badly but he had no gut to confront a pointless argument.

[The Deer] The Deer, a large wendigo-like creature, similar to a deer, but standing on two legs, with large bulging eyes. During nighttime, the deer chases the player if they're not in the vicinity of their campfire, dealing high damage. However, the deer is scared by bright lights, such as the campfire or the light of a flashlight. The deer is slower than you if you're sprinting, but faster while running. It is recommended to be cautious while you are outside the campfire at night.

Flashlights can be used to temporarily stun the Deer, giving valuable time to run away from it. The stronger the flashlight the longer the deer is stunned, The more the Deer is stunned during a chase, the less stuntime. So you can't keep stunning it, Thus making it risky to go far out into the map without careful planning.

The deer is known to enter a frenzy-like state on some nights, with prior information given to the player, quoted "The Deer is Hungry Tonight." The game will also warn you a second time while it tells you that night is approaching, quoted "night is approaching, the deer is hungry tonight" The deer's eyes go red, and instead of running after them, it chases the victims on all fours, and it is faster than the player while sprinting. The Deer will also enter their frenzy-like state if the campfire runs out. Although it is still scared of light, the stun time is significantly reduced when the deer is hungry. As days pass, the Deer starts to get hungry more often. If trips to faraway structures aren't planned carefully, the victims are almost certain to die when the Deer is hungry.

Appearance:

The Deer, appearance-wise, is an incredibly big and tall creature with an unnaturally large head and cartoonishly large eyes. It is almost always seen on its hind legs. However, when fleeing, it will run using all four of its legs. Its forelegs, or what one could refer to as its "arms" when it is standing on its hind legs, have abnormally large claws that it uses to attack the victims.

Behavior:

The Deer is the only enemy at the Forest and that is only found at specific times. It is a nocturnal creature and it only attacking at night and presumably hiding and sleeping at daytime and it also hates bright lights, instatnly stopping in its tracks and covering its eyes upon light being shined on itself and it even goes as far as to flee and cannot attack anyone in the proximity of the Campfire. It will not attempt to enter the proximity of a large light source. the Deer will approach the safe zone before getting stunned at the edge of it, and retreats into the forest where it will despawn. Although this may sound complicated, the Deer's pathfinding is very simple and will not go around obstacles in its way, therefore sometimes causing even a mere tree to block it from reaching anyone. The longer the victims is chased by the Deer, the faster it moves.

Tips

  • Due to its lackluster pathfinding, you can use things such as large trees or buildings to block it and gain distance away from the Deer during a chase.

  • Shooting the Deer or attempting to melee it is useless, as the Deer cannot be hurt by anything in the game.

  • If the player is alerted that the Deer is hungry, it is not recommended to go very deep in the forest, as the player may not be able to get back to the Campfire before nighttime arrives, leaving the player in a situation where death is almost guaranteed.

  • During Cultist nightly raids, the Deer will not try to kill anyone outside of the Campfire. It just stands there and can be scared away.

  • However, if you are far from your camp during the raid, it will still hunt you down.

  • On Day 1, the Deer is completely harmless and will not hunt anyone who exits the Campfire. This is a good opportunity to scavenge for necessities.

  • If your campfire goes out at night, immediately start running away from the Campfire(the Deer will instantly spawn next to the Campfire if it goes out at night) and quickly find shelter (preferably above the ground so mobs can't get inside). Be wary, as enemies such as Wolves will start to spawn if you are away from the Campfire.

  • At night, hiding in places where the deer cannot reach you (such as certain Locations), hostile Entities can spawn, but you can avoid this by standing on top of tall objects inside the locations (like bookshelves) or climbing halfway up ladders.

  • The Deer will not attack players during cultist attacks. Ironically, it will look at the attack outside the campfire and can be scared away when approaching it.

[ The Bunny] The Bunny is a passive wild animal at the forest. It wanders aimlessly untill someone killed it. It dropped 1 or 2 Morsels and 1 Bunny foot upon killing a single bunny. Bunnies can be spawned at the farm and sometimes spawned nearby campfire location.

Tips

  • Upon contacting a Bunny Trap, a Bunny will die and drop 3 Morsels.

  • The Bunny Foot is useful for getting items in the early game via the Pelt Trader and creating clothing to explore the Snow Biome. (Do not shoot Bunnies as their small size, fast movements can make them easy to miss.)

[The Cultists] Cultists are a group of hostile enemies at the Forest. They are members of an unknown cult inside the forest that worship the Deer. They can be encountered in buildings that often contain valuable Items or periodic raids.

Raids First Raid The first raid that the Cultists enact occurs on Day 4. The day before a Cultist raid, the Info Bar will pop up on the top middle of the screen, where it will be flashing red. Upon opening the Info Bar, there will be red text saying:

"Something evil is approaching your campfire... it arrives tonight"

After this, the day continues as usual. However, when 20 seconds remain on the sun dial's countdown to night, instead of the usual "Nighttime is approaching", the text will be replaced with:

"You will be attacked tonight, return to your campfire"

As soon as the message above is given, drums will be heard playing. Even after the sun dial's countdown reaches 0:00, you still have some time left before night. Upon the arrival of night, the drums will get louder, as a cutscene plays with text on a weathered, ripped, lined paper background saying:

"A mysterious group approaches your campfire..."

A few seconds after the cutscene ends, the drums will cut off abruptly with a loud stinger. During the stinger, the Deer will show up as well. The Deer always come from the left side of the crafting bench, the same place where the grinder near the crafting bench is. After this, the Cultists will arrive and attack the closest players in range with their weapons. The first encounter cannot have crossbow Cultists, only Cultists with Old Axes. While this is happening, the Deer will show up, however it will not attack, simply observing. It is still possible to stun the Deer with your flashlight while it is stationary, however it will not retreat. When the last cultist is killed, the Deer will retreat back into the forest. Additionally, the last Cultist will also drop a Cultist Gem; a Material used for Crafting. The corpses of the cultists can be used as fuel for the Campfire.

Subsequent Raids After the first raid, following raids will have stronger Cultists. Most notably, the Crossbow Cultist. Furthermore, regular Cultists will gain stronger weapons, such as Spears, the Good Axe, and the Morningstar. The longer you survive, the more cultists that come when raids happen.

Locations Cultists can either be found in buildings containing highly valuable loot guarding them, or on the nights they attack your campfire (seen above). You can also choose to fight them by going to the strongholds, marked by an icon with what appears to be a blue crystal.

Around the map, Players can find trees with animal carcasses, or rope, burnt down camps, churches, and a pentagram like spot. Cultists can be found there, and the loot can vary depending how far away from camp it is.

Tips

  • You can get Cultists stuck on things such as Shelves or Wood Rain Storage, making them easier to kill.

  • Crossbow cultists, although strong at long ranges, are extremely weak when rushed down due to their lack of melee capabilities.

  • Crossbow cultists are also high-priority due to their capability to snipe you as you are gathering a large horde of Cultists, so you should take them out first.

  • Crossbow cultists can be distinguished by their red coat, which no other Cultist type has.

  • Melee cultists, although weak on their own, can easily kill you in large hordes.

  • Ranged weapons are especially effective against melee cultists as they cannot fight from long ranges.

  • Jumping on top of the cultists can help. You will still take damage but be able to defeat more of them quickly.

  • You can snipe Crossbow cultists from far away so that they can't detect you.

  • If raiding the stronghold's upper floors, hide behind a wall, and peek your weapon away from the wall towards the Crossbow cultist, that way you can still see and shoot the cultists without them seeing you.

[The Wolf] The Wolf is a hostile wild animals at the Forest. It will wander aimlessly untill it detected anyone or attacked by someone. It will stop if anyone managed to escape its detection.

If anyone is inside a Location that the Deer cannot reach at night, wolves will began spawn in but they dissappeared when the night ends.

The wolves spawned at the night of the forest or night of Snow biome and also spawned at Medium Cabin or Large Cabin. Upon death, a wolf dropped 3 morsels, 1 steak and 1 wolf pelt.

Killing the last guardian wolf of a locked cave will also drop gureenteed a red key.

[The Pelt Trader] The Pelt Trader is a guy that lets you trade their animals pelts for items such as Good Axe, leather Body, Sacks and the Flashlight. He will first appear on Day 2 as he will start the trade line with his initial offer, exchanging a Bunny Foot for better equipment. Each time you give him his desired item, he will ask you for another more difficult pelt to obtain. He will leave the camp at nighttime. He usual come to the campfire site every 3 or 4 days. The Pelt Trader wears a brown fur hat and oval blue sunglasses. His outfit includes a brown leather shirt, a shoulder pad on one side, and a ripped sleeve on the other. He wears navy blue pajama pants decorated with yellow and white stars. He wears a brown fur cloak with a white fur collar. Blonde hair is visible under his hat.

[The Fairy] The Fairy are passive entity that can sell sed boxes to anyone. She was located outside of the Mushroom House. She will send seed boxes to you in exchange for flowers that can be collected on the map. She also has a garden of 9 flowers you can pick up next to he house. She has a bright yellow body and a fixed smile. Her hair is long, white, and hangs straight down her back. A floral crown sits on top of her head. She wears a gray, textured top and a light pink skirt shaped like flower petals. Her wings are light purple, translucent, and extend from her upper back. When the night comes, she goes back into her house and a "Closed" sign will go up. She sells Pepper Seeds, Berry Seeds, Flower Seeds and Firefly seeds which are all cost 20 flowers.

(Note: every time seeds are purchased, all the seed's prices increase by an increment of 20 flowers.)

[History of the Deer] The Deer might have got exprimented on the unknown lab, one day, something just mutated him/her to make the deer stand on two legs, large, even scarier, more violence, likely a wendigo, then killing the scientists, the deer probably make the remaining humans on the forest became cultists and work for the deer and worship the deer. Cultist groups have decided to kill all of the people in the forest. A lot of people reported the deer having two legs on standing. Some humans have left the forest because of the deer's behavior. The Four Missing Children The kids were probably got invited on this forest, or a plane crash was on to the forest where the four kids on a jet. The unknown parents or the unknown mother have died. The deer and their cultist group decided to kidnap the four children and bringing them to safer rooms of Caves. Locking the gates inside the gates and getting the wolves and Bears to guard around their own caves that the kids was inside. Humans have made the "missing kid locations" board was made to find the kids. One person put a poster at the back of the missing kids board about weakness of the deer. Forest Lockdown People that has been escaped from the deer from the forest, they called the police and police decided to search for clues, but theres no clues around the forest, the deer and the cultist group probably hid from the police, the forest ended up getting locked up to the public by police, making the tourists cant go to the forest.

[Hunter's Notes on different places] Hunter's Note "They told me to never hunt here. The deer behave differently. I should have listened. It's outside right now staring at me through the window. Bullets don't work on it. I don't think I'll survive the night."

[Ranger Logs] Ranger Log 1 "Something very strange has been going on in the park. A few days ago I noticed a Deer standing on its hind legs and looking at me. At first I thought it was a human. It wouldn't move closer to me, it just stood there staring at me."

Ranger Log 2 "The deer just watches me. It doesn't seem to come closer. I don't think it likes my flashlight or my campfire."

Ranger Log 3 "The Deer chased me all night. I was only saved when the sun came up and it disappeared into the forest. I bet the science lab at the edge of the forest has some answers."

[Camper Pages] Camper’s Diary "Someone has been stalking me out here. I’ve seen it move out of the corner of my eye. It’s taller than any human I've seen. It almost looks like… a deer."

[The Campfire] The Campfire is the main essential focus and it acts as an important line of defense keeping threats like the Deer at bay, as it's afraid of the light the Campfire gives off. As As you upgrade the Campfire, it expands your playable area by unlocking new parts of the map, making it essential for both survival and progression.

The Map The Campfire plays a huge role with the map, as the more you level up the campfire, the more the map will open up.
