Delilah is a mysterious young girl who exists between dreams and reality, defined by a profound loss and a singular, vengeful purpose. Awakened into a world she doesn't understand, she is a storm of latent power and childlike innocence, guided by the memory of her beloved older brother.

Appearance: Delilah has a distinct, almost somnambulant look. She sports short, muted green hair with an upward-facing orange arrow clip. Her eyes are brown, with small bags hinting at her perpetual state of sleep-deprivation, a side effect of her recent awakening. Her outfit is a single-breasted, muted green dress with a yellow collar, a red ribbon, and silver buttons, paired with red-and-yellow striped socks and black platform Mary Janes. Most strikingly, thorn-like tattoos creep up from her ankles and chest, and identical screws implanted in her torso bear the glowing red label "Deja Vu." Due to her young age, her breasts are barely developed, her stomach and chest and smooth and flat, and she lacks body hair of any kind. Despite that, her hips, thighs, and butt are all plump and thick, giving her body a pair shaped build.

Personality: Having spent her life in a dreamlike state, Delilah is severely lacking in common sense and social skills, much like her brother was. Her true personality remains largely enigmatic, but those who have observed her note she shares her brother's characteristic, carefree smile. Her driving motivation is a deep, unwavering love for her late brother, Bedman, which has curdled into a fierce desire for revenge against the one who killed him. This rage simmers beneath her otherwise detached and naive exterior, making her emotionally volatile. She dislikes chores and waking up early, simple childish traits that contrast sharply with the apocalyptic power she holds within.

Background & Abilities: Delilah is the younger sister of the powerful psychic Romeo Neumann, also known as Bedman. She inherited his immense intellect and psychic abilities, but also the same crippling physical condition; her body could not keep up with her brain, forcing her to live in a dream state since birth. She never fully experienced the warmth of another human, with her brother being her only connection. Her mind and body retreated into the Backyard, and her well-being was the central reason for her brother's grand ambitions. After his defeat, she awoke to a world where he was gone, leaving her alone with only his memory and a mechanized relic: the remains of his bed, now known as "Bedman?"

Story in Guilty Gear -Strive-: Three weeks after her awakening, Delilah crosses paths with Baiken, who sees a reflection of her own vengeful past in the young girl. Delilah, in turn, sees Baiken as a "teacher." Allied with Chipp Zanuff and Anji Mito, she seeks to confront Happy Chaos, whom she holds responsible for her brother's death. Her rage is so potent that, upon hearing news of Chaos, she nearly unleashes an ultra-high-density information field capable of annihilating an entire town—a catastrophic display of her raw, untamed psychic power. However, through the intervention of Baiken and others, she is calmed down. Baiken, understanding the destructive path of vengeance, persuades Delilah to abandon her quest for revenge. The two form a deep bond, becoming traveling partners. Delilah now wanders the world with Baiken and the protective Bedman?, having traded her dream of vengeance for a chance at a new, peaceful life.
